Which is why a vial of insulin can be $350 when it costs $30 in Canada. Just plain evil.

YEP - And Thankfully, I know I am extremely lucky, as someone who is disabled and is also a Senior now to have both - Medicare/Medicaid - that pays for the Insulin (just started a month ago) and the supplies, along with most of the others meds I NEED to survive too . . .

AND - Before anyone says anything - YES, I am one of those who gets and NEEDS Government Assistance - If didn't have it, I would probably be dead by now, since I would NEVER EVER be able to afford all the Meds & the equipment I NEED & have either . . . Like so many others I know and especially in the community where I live, "We" can't wait to see how much more is actually planned to be taken away now - from SS Benefits/Medicare/Medicaid/Food Stamps/Meals on Wheels/etc. . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Okay - Rant Over - "My" Bad, really should have posted this in the "Outside" or "Lounge" since this is Extremely "OFF TOPIC" . . . I know "We" should be continuing the actual "Subject/Topic" of this thread, however the change of the discussion has hit a button . . . "My" Apologizes . . .

Now - "We" really should go back to the - Original Topic of this Thread:

ARE YOU ONE STOCKING UP ? ? ?

Yeah, but you have to get that harbor freight machine oil & smell off first

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
Actually washed all 24 of mine. The biggest problem was I didnt use dryer sheets and they created massive static.

Unc, those 1.2 ohm coils are kanthal/3mm diameter. I have some tiny ones coming to try in some rba heads. No idea when they’ll catch the plane here. Apparently *I* thought more coils were needed

I thought that was the free gift!

Yes, machine oil/harbor freight smell is free (although I suspect it's actually included in the price :D).

Sadly, harbor freight has done away with the free item coupons, except for that blue, magnetic flashlight. These rags used to be one free coupon that I used to wait for. :( (actually they may have been smaller than the ones linked to, but they were still free).

Hey everybody just wanted to pop my head in and send hugs and cheer to all y’all here. :) Crazy times! But I need to thank all you again for being here ...looking at my “vape prepping” stuff and just so, so glad I have it. All the mods, bits and pieces, and thanks to so many of you, the knowledge that it exists! I wouldn’t have known about 85% of it if I hadn’t read it here.

I’m not here to offer any opinions about what’s going on...just hope everyone is doing what is best for them and their loved ones. :)

Also...just watching the calendar days flip closer and closer to the PMTA deadline...I feel awful that it is going to happen under the radar. The situation today is obviously sucking all of the air out of the room...but nobody ever cared about us smokers but us. I reckon I’ll be back around on the boards more regularly once it comes to pass...I just don’t have much left to contribute here at the moment. Hoping everyone feels confident with their choices & stockpile and I look forward to being here with y’all more frequently once the SHTF.

Hugs to you all...solidarity :)

My daughter and I went to sams club today. Not for TP because I knew there wouldn’t be any. Just for some vitamins and coffee. I thought that they might have paper towels and I’d grab some since we were getting low but nope. Evidently those must be the second choice behind Tp. Looks like the plumbers are going to be busy this year if people are flushing paper towels.
The last day I went shopping before I was asked to self quarantine I was going to pick up some coffee. It was 10am on a weekday and usually the store is empty. But, oh no, there was mass panic with carts full of paper towels and TP. I was like you gotta be kidding. I figured I better get some or I might be .... out of luck (pun intended) when I really needed it.

I work under the assumption that I & everyone has a positive test result... Dont see the reason to spend $1000-$3000 for a test to confirm it when there isn't much in the cure department. That $$ better spent later down the road.
Yes, but if I and others test negative we can return to work and resume normal activities. Right now I am searching for delivery services because I'm running out of food....for my pet as well. Luckily, my pharmacy delivers.
