CASAA is too poor to take on the government. Only a big vapor company can do it. Like Sottera Inc. v FDA did in 2010--but even they ran out of money and Enjoy had to rescue them.

Take on the FDA as backed by big tobacco? Yeah it would take a libertarian state governor sound enough in his beliefs and secure in his/her position enough to say "GO AWAY EVIL TOBACCO" and then some Vaper advocacy money would probably be needed, some free legal aid, several Vape companies from various countries and the poor vaper willing to die when he was killed to DEATH when he was JUST about to win.

So, no pressure. But, I am also not volunteering. I saw a vaper today and was like, "Oh vaping on 9/9 eh? Brave." But they had no idea I guess WV is like "Shop away etc." So I gave that person the skinny while trying not to terrify them. THAT is sincerely unpleasant.

I am tired I BOUGHT NADA today but loving cared for two setups I already own.

My Mixx finally showed in the US.

It looks like 17track and packageradar are kind of complimentary apps. 17track does well until a package reaches the US, then may have issues, particularly for things shipped via 4px. PackageRadar OTOH is weaker on 4px internationally, but then cleanly picks up tracking once a package clears customs.

Well I have to admit I haven't really been buying anything for quite some time. That let me save up some cash to do something I have always wanted to do. Today I put in my order for a lacemakers pillow and 3 dozen bobbins. I will be learning to make bobbin lace. 50 years later than my grandmothers wanted me to but better late than never. Had vaping not allowed me to quit smoking I would never have been able to afford this extravagance.

Time will tell what happens to vaping going forward. I will be quietly watching and getting active when I can with advocacy. It has been one hell of a ride since I first hears what was coming to vaping. Lets hope the ride isn't over yet.

Tomorrow I'm going to buy another Taggerz from FT just to see if i can. They're only 18 dollars and i don't have one in blue yet.
For 5 years I vaped one mod and atomizer and stocked extra copies. Then it finally seemed likely that there would be trouble getting product so I got a few different style mods and atomizers for toys. Why did I do that? Everything was so simple and smooth running before all the new choices. I hate to put any of it away even though I should.

Stanton Glantz apparently retired today. I'll miss him so.

Yes, what happens to vaping will be interesting to watch but may be more important, what happens to smoking.

Hallelujah! Every little bit of good news help. Good riddance! He's done so much damage, lying piece of "scientist."
Or maybe all of the retracted articles and lawsuits for harrassment finally brought him down? I don't see that man walking away from millions of grant dollars because he thinks he won. Or, I dislike him so much I just want to hope he stepped down because he was forced to.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's a throwaway mod made of plastic, but for what it it is, it got good reviews.

Ah, I figured there was something up with that price. But still, good for a 200W beater. I'd buy a couple myself if I needed a dual batt mod.

My last ten packs of coils are in the mailbox now, too. But I think Aspire submitted a PMTA for nautilus coils; I have no empirical evidence of this (I have not searched for it) but if a coil were to survive the process, I’d put money on the Nautilus. Either way, I’m good on those (provided there is no unforeseen mishap) for a while.

My email suggests some websites are still business as usual today. It seems that some believe companies will operate until forced to close. The mandates were confusing and haphazardly released and I would not be surprised if the FDA genuinely does not understand its next move.

Anyway. I have nothing else to pontificate about on this subject for now. I guess, like with so many things, it’s a matter of “wait and see,” which is a totally unfair way to run a government.
On a aspire facebook page they (aspire rep) stated they applied some of their products. I'm pretty sure the natuilus coil is one of them. It is pre-2016 as well. I have stocked up on nautilus products (different nautilus tanks including the GT and 4 aspire mulus). I have rba's for the mulus. I am also waiting for 10 more packs of the nautilus coils (just in case). I also have RBAs but prefer plug and play of the Aspire Nautilus for work.

The pulse 90 is the most durable mod I have and it's made of reinforced nylon. Absorbs impacts much better than metal which in turn protects the board, but it's not regular plastic of course.
