Love it! Is it tedious to do lace? My son makes looms to create projects using yarn. I have no clue how he does it!
Tedious is not something I can comment on. I am a spinner, knitter, cross stitcher, Historical clothing sewer so yeah I do lots of things some people consider tedious. For me it is just relaxing and a new learning experience continuing a lifelong theme of textiles.

Do a search for bobbin lace on youtube. There are many videos of people making it. In fact that is how I am learning to do it. :)

Relaxing? I would be cursing, possibly crying, throwing things and all around not relaxing. Tediousness is best avoided in my sphere.
And practicing the same bit of music over and over isn't tedious? (as I remember it you do play the fiddle)We all pick our relaxation :)

BTW guys that PURE Green Apple liquid I picked up on that sale is terrific.

I just ordered some more air factory treats custard craze from flawless vape. They're doing Air Factory closeout at $7.50/100 ml. I used a BACK15 coupon code.

Today's arrivals were another krma and haku riviera from ft, and there's also an sxk doggystyle 2k18 on the way. Kizoku unlimit contest win is in the US (that'll be a PIF). Innokin Ares 2 & Ares 2 LE (contest win) haven't shipped yet; at least one of them will be a PIF, since I just got an Ares 2 purchase from Sourcemore.

In the queue is another flavor order from BCF, so I can make Ice Cream Drowned - an awesome sounding mix of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla flavors [emoji3]

I found this thread on page 2, where good threads go to die. It's been a week since anyone posted. Anyone buy anything in the last week newsworthy?

I preordered the new lost vape Grus

I was looking at the riviera because I like the venna a lot, but I didn't see how the bottom feed would work. It looks solid on the bottom. Does the BF pin poke a hole through when you install it?

Posting this here because I know several here in this thread bought Pulse BF x squonk kits. I had the yellow plastic airflow ring on mine shatter to pieces today when I tried to take it off to rewick. It held together as a daily main vape for almost a year. The kit comes with 2 other airflow rings. One is for single coil setup only. No way it will fit with dual coils in the atty. The other however is working fine. Here is the thing. The atty DOES work with no ring in it at all. It is not as nice a vape as the airflow is not the same but it DOES work. Just something to file away for future reference.

As for buying new stuff. All my cash has been going in to rebuilding my pantry post COVID lockdowns and 2 hurricanes. What extra I have has been funneled into lace making supplies. New hobbies can be pricey at first. LOL

Simple truth is there is not much I need anymore. I can wait and see how the PMTA mess sorts out unless I find a heck of a deal on something somewhere.

I was just reading about it. Looks interesting. :thumb:

I'm also interested in the Freemax 100W, but mostly because of the pretty colors.

I'm the market for a single 21700 battery mod. Ehpro Cold Steel is also on the list. Any advice?

If you look at the side of the riviera glass tank portion there's a metal give in the middle that goes up and meets the deck. The tube has two holes, lined up with where the air inlets are on the top cap.

You unscrew the center 510 solid screw, and replace it with a bf screw (has a hole in the middle); the bf pin comes with the rdta.

It's just a marvelous set-up for me, a high flavor restricted dl, trivially easy to build for. I run then on my two all day vape squonkers, plus have two spares.

At FT, code FASTTECH knocks the price of the sxk haku riviera clone down to $11. The same code works for the sxk krma. Both of them, shipped using the Registered Mail option, came in at $17 even.

KRMA is great for restricted DL too, especially for travel when you might want something with no glass - I have 3 of them [emoji3] The reason Riviera is my normal all day is that when used in a squonk you plug the air inlet with a bit of rayon and it's leak proof, safe to lie on its side or even turn upside down.

I highly recommend the EHPro Cold Steel 100 for it's ergonomic form factor. I can hold it in my fist in just about any orientation and can fire it with ease just by lightly squeezing my fist due to the fire button's shape.

I think you'll like it as long as you don't use TC and realize that the screen is pretty tiny. I'm not a TC vaper so I can't personally say if it sucks in TC or not, but I've seen many people complain about it's TC.

I cannot speak to it's longevity.

Thanks. I like the ergonomics, the fast firing and the 21700. But I've also heard that it doesn't do TC well. The only reason I'm still hesitant.

Oh, I was looking at the rda, but I might try one of those rdta's because I never have. I did get another KRMA, but I didn't know the black one had a plastic cap. The first time I dropped one of my NANO's that one shattered. I did order some spares, but couldn't find any KRMA spare top cap's. I ordered a narca too, just because. :)
