I keep going back and forth whether to buy some or not. I really don't need 18650 batteries. A lot of the mods I am using are 21700 but I hate to miss out on a deal like that.

Well you can always buy a round of batteries for everyone else :w00t:

Molicel P28A batteries on sale for $3.99 each at 18650BatteryStore

Mooch rates these the best all-around 18650s. I have some myself and I'm inclined to agree. I paid considerably more for them this spring.

They also have Samsung 40Ts for $3.99 but since I don't use 21700s, I have no opinion regarding them.
Without waiting for your complete report...store in the fridge or room temp?

It's a great deal but I've had a ton of expenses the last two months. We had to replace a refrigerator and dishwasher and am in the middle of a bathroom remodel. I'll take a look at my batteries when I get home and make a final decision.

Some cells (VTC5A) seem to benefit from storage in the fridge (or even the freezer), while with others (P26A) it doesn't seem to make much difference. The last of the "for science" P26As (a freezer sample) is still being discharged on a CBA-HR as I write this. Note that both type suffer noticeably if you store them fully charged, so definitely don't do that.

I added a batch of P28As to my testing back in March, but it's too soon to re-test those; I see no point in doing it with less than a full year of storage.

Every time my working nic bottle is done and I take a new 4oz bottle out of my freezer, I get all "whoa, dude, you're running out, man. Maybe you should get another gallon."

But honestly, I have enough. It's only happened 3 times now, but I hate to see it get depleted. I guess that's par for the course for an addiction.

Of course, if I had enough money, I'd do it just to do it. It's still relatively cheap compared to what I thought it would be by now, and what it could be.

In some ways, I do too, but I know I've got enough to last until I'm over 100, so I don't sweat it.

I figure if I actually hit 100, I'll celebrate like this:

But what if vaping actually turns out to extend one's lifespan?

Gawd, I hope not. None of the elderly people in my family had "golden years". I would never want to live the way they had to "live" their last 10-20 years.

Hey all! Been living off fruits of the land (i.e. stored in freezer) a while. Did noticed I'd been chewing through TC regulated mods faster than expected. Opted to add two Geekvape Legend 2 found on closeout for $35/ea. Only have one ATM and it's proven to be a beast with a sterling vape. Back to remodeling a bath; will try to check back soon. Thanks so much for the tip :) I needed some new batteries...

I'm not surprised. I have a pretty good stock of DNA boards, and although I'm perfectly capable of doing it, I decided pretty quickly that replacing them was a major pain in the backside, and besides, they tended to fail at the most inconvenient time.

So late 2015 or early 2016, I went back to straight mechanical stuff (squonkers). Guess how many failures I've had so far? Yep. Zero.

That said, there's one that's approaching failure (a be-cu party is cracked about half way through) but it's giving me plenty of warning. When it does finally break, I've got spares of that part too, and it will take me about five minutes to swap out vs. a couple of hours for a DNA board.

You can change a dna board a lot quicker than that in a Jac DNA75.
