Should be within the next couple of weeks if the appraisal passes and I have no reason to think that it won't but I can't relax until I hear that it has.

Good morning Voltians. I see everybody's in party mode already. Going to be near record heat here today and I've got to work. Maybe I can get most of the hard stuff out of the way before it gets too hot. Hope y'all have a bodacious day now and party hardy. Rave is one of the pioneers of the vaping community and deserves the best.

Looks like I better get my stuff done today since Hubby and I have been invited to the ice cream social at the horse trainer's house on Saturday. He said to bring a salad. I think I'll make a cucumber, tomato and onion salad from the garden and bring some melons.
We have a wagon load.
Looks like I'll be freezing melons today for smoothies this winter.

And like Wuzz said, the kid was probably brought up around horses so I wouldn't worry too much about that.
No, he wasn't brought up around horses. His dad said his son is the horse expert, meaning, I think, that the rest of the family doesn't have much to do with the horse. The boy has ridden for about 7 years, 5 of which he took lessons. But he really has figured out horse care. I wonder if he had help or learned it from the Internet. They seemed eager for guidance from me, so maybe I can provide some info, though I think it looked mostly under control.
