I can't think of another country that has been punted around more than Poland. To say they've had a rocky history would be an understatement. Their location makes them a target.

Over the years England took quite a bashing. Vikings, Romans, Saxons, Germans, French, Scots, they all had a go at the place. The word English came from a German tribe of that name who invaded and took over at some point.

My home town was Sunderland. The word sunder meant in between. It was on the border of some endless war between Vikings and English I believe, or maybe Vikings and Scots. It regularly changed hands and was burned to the ground and rebuilt multiple times.

Probably the same everywhere if you look back far enough.

Poland is rather central Eur. I believe.
And I remember reading some fun facts about different nations which mentioned that there are at least 100 Polish ppl in almost every country in the world so I guess pierogi's can be found in every corner of this planet. U just need the right address.

I had some really great ones in Slovakia about 3 years ago, but then they are neighbors.

The best I had were made by Grandma, she was Polish, her parents came over from the ole country. Next to that was by the little old ladies at the church who did them for fund raisers about once a month. Small coal mining town in PA called Shamokin, where I was born.

Only 2 true vape shops remained in Shamokin after the first wave of PA state taxes hit. (just to keep a resemblance of being on topic)

I had pierogis last night for dinner. They were the freezer kind. I still find them delicious.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that makes them, or if I did I was ignorant of the fact that they were totally awesome.

I'd consider making some from scratch because, Oh I don't have enough to do around here. I guess I could demand the husband do it. LOL.

Well, my husband kinda doesn't respond to threats, demands, or nothin'. Lol

The frozen pierogis are good actually. The thought of making them DIY like juice, to stay on topic slightly, gives me a headache. It's like homemade pasta, delish but takes 500 hours.
You really do need more stuff to fill up your day, Anna! It's so obvious.

I have Fox on now. What i want to know is where are the reports of vapers having more heart attacks compared to the general population? Some of us have been vaping for many years now..another could cause story with no real life clinical facts to back it up

Vapers may indeed have more heart attacks than the population as a whole because many of them are former smokers. But it's so much easier to omit information that doesn't support one's position, isn't it?

Are they harmful in glass tanks, though. I can see them degrading plastic but what about SS and glass?
