Anyway, I would also really like to know what the source of this alleged contamination was. Old or expired pods wouldn't make people sick, IMO.

If there's a real contaminant in juul pods, I would be surprised. As large an operation as they have, I imagine that their production/manufacturing processes, for liquids at least, were controlled effectively to prevent it. I don't know what the lawsuit is being based on, but it stands to reason that it's likely going to be something to do with the mint flavoring. I've seen some bad press on that. Who knows though? They might just throw crap at the wall and see what sticks, or invent something.

Could well be. But Isn't the suit that Mr. has brought forward a Wrongful Termination suit?

Because the Media, and even some here on the ECF, are Portraying it as juul is being Sued because they sold "Tained" Carts.

I have seen this posted a couple of times on Twitter the latest by Dimitris The Vaping Greek. I am unable to find it on Politico (I hate that site the set ups weird) anyone else seen it? We have to keep the pressure up I am still calling and emailing the White House and my Rep's with all the latest news.

We are also going to the Rally on the 9th in DC, it's sounds like it should be 'fun' with numerous Media Outlets there as well as many Advocates. I have asked my Rep's to please be aware that it's on and come along if they possibly can.

Is flavored-zero-nic legal? Prolly varies by state. But if it is, they could sell that separately, and say, up to 36mg/ml or whatever the legal limit is for unflavored nic. Separate sides of the shop, of course.

So not "shots" but two types of liquid? Or is that still illegal. If so, they're outlawing zero nic liquid. Which is even dumber.
