So long as there’s no evidence of significant diversion to an underage population. If refillable pod systems show an uptick in underage use, there could be a big problem for the entire refillable pod systems out there. It’s like discovering that you knock off prefilled pods and you get migration to disposable vape products.

I want to see as many systems survive, pod or open systems, but even if they get through the entire PMTA process they still stand a risk from overreaching regulations and taxation on a state level.

I sort of have to walk a fine line between begging them to stop, letting them know I understand they may not stop, and begging them to find a way to get a trusted adult they know to sort of commit a crime rather than getting it from a friend of a friend of a friend, called BUZZZZZz or something (not sure if it's the vape or the friend.)

I am basically tutoring them in how to commit better felonies, or at the very least suggesting it. But really, I do not know what to do. I'm really starting to dread the teenagers and like, I don't want to get in trouble. I also DON'T want the teen to get in trouble, either,. I am EXTREMLY hypothetical about it.

But, the government (who pays part of my Salary) I am hating it ATM

Why can't they just be normal and smoke cigarettes like we did at that age??? Everything would have been status quo if they had just chosen cigarettes over vaping! smh

if teens can't get pods, they will probably move to our stuff.

The FDA's current attitude is that everything is technically illegal already, but subject to "enforcement discretion". I take that to mean they'll hit it when they want to, i.e. that the timing is impossible to predict.

I also have "enforcement discretion." The husband tells me I use it WAAAAAYYY too much.
Absolute power, and all that.

I thought that was marriage vows were, enforcement discretion and we wrote our own and yes we were starry eyed but like, I did think mine over some. Probably more than the husband. But, I have been married before so it was like having the home court advantage.

I always thought that was why so many couples got divorced, that and alcohol and teen pregnancy and youth.

But we can't because part of my enforcement discretion involves who gets to decide who gets divorced, or just sleep on the couch for the night.

The FDA could use me, I am telling you. I am mostly kidding and only because I would LOVE to be a secret agent from the inside, and have to like have a fatal flaw like "Fentanyl addiction" to not be found out or whatever whatever.

And yes, me as a teen GIVING up on searching out lovely addictive substances because they became a tad more illegal? I'm sorry but look at how that worked out for crack. We are about to have some crazy bursting at the teen Juvenile Facilities.
