I've been saying this all along. HR2058 has pure party lines written all over. It was dead before the ink dried. And the Cole amendment may have originated in bi-partisan spirit but it certainly wasn't passed that way. There are some pretty influential "Nays" on that one.

Nope. Our best hope is a favorable judge.

Perhaps, but cole is best option politically.

And wow- they spent 2.7million to infiltrate social media and collect data on how we alter and modify.

You get paid 2.7 mill for reading ECF, FB, reddit, etc.. ?

vaping community was always out in the open. Switch on, log in, read. Simple.
Never had a need to hide in some deep dark dank corners of the web.

So we can thus assume that 'infiltrating' means gathering information about how to squash it.

Moving away from criminal neglect to malicious intent now, Mr. Zeller ?

That would be my predicament too. Looks like about the best price I've found for 1 liter is $50, plus shipping.

Better buy it as soon as possible before the FDA starts poisoning it so they have dead bodies to use as marketing tools for their deeming regulations to the legislature and courts.
Their justification for these regulations is pretty weak right now so they really need some headline grabbers.

If it was on a leash or in a shopping cart PetSmart would love to have a goat visit. I used to work there. Unfortunately, they don't sell goat food.

I saw a post on FB of a video of a woman trying to rehome her 1,000 pound buffalo. She said it was getting too much to handle. Apparently she had it house broken, but I had to wonder how careful it was while in the house.

They wouldn't have to poison it. Just increase the concentration. 500mg/ml concentrate in bottles labeled as 100? Don't know if they'd get many bodies, but they'd sure as heck have a bunch of nic sick vapers to parade in front of the cameras.
While I wouldn't accuse them of actually doing something like that without proof, I wouldn't put it past them. Our government has a rather troubling history of that sort of thing.
Now, where did I put my tin-foil hat?

I have just officially become a single-issue voter. Congratulations, FDA!

And I'm a registered Democrat.

I was always one who frowned upon single issue voting. However, we're talking about our lives here. Not just our own but those around us who depend on us. If any of these regulators or legislators think we don't consider their Deeming regulations as a matter of life and death then they have massively underestimated how we feel. These regulations don't simply alter our lives. They determine if we have one or not. I pity the candidate in a tight race who hasn't made the effort to understand the difference because the vast majority of us don't give a damn if they have an 'R' or a 'D' next to their name.

I'm just watching the replay on youtube, and this is so depressing. After hearing Demetri say not a few hours earlier that we should just focus on Cole-Bishop...now on plumes CASAA is saying both equally;
I hope this is because they are concluding as many including me have that every avenue of approach
no mater how small or unimportant in the big scheme of things must be used with equal vigor.

Hit them with everything and anything. Be the firstest with the mostest.
[General Nathan Bedford Forrest] Use strategic air power, close air support,
howitzers,mortars,light and heavy machine guns,LAWS,Claymore mines,hand grenades,
small arms, bayonets, rifle butts, kick em in the :censored:,stomp on their toes, throw sand in their eyes,
spit on them, swear at them, drop leaflets( modern form:meme's),lie, cheat and, not
necessarily in this order.
CHARGE!!!
:grr:
and of course
:nun:
:2c:

Mike

You can't roller skate in a buffalo herd,
But you can be happy if you've a mind to.

I'm so confused. Will we be able to purchase the products that have already been released prior to the August deadline?

Sent from my LG V10 using Tapatalk
Yes. For up to two years if the manufacturer does not file a PMTA. Up to three years if they do file (but they wont file). So basically two years. I suspect some manufacturers will find other things to do with their lives knowing their livelihoods were stolen from them so two years would be maximum.

Yes, any product that is on the market up until the august 8 deadline can be sold. The manufacturer has two years to apply for a PMTA and then one year after that, if they've applied, to receive a decision. Although, I don't know how the whole product registration due in December effects things.

Simple question: can the release of A billion lives be expedited here in the states? It seems to me that the striking should be while the metal is hot.
I don't know what the plans are for theatrical release, but people have been suggesting that we contact Netflix and request the film to be carried there.
