"Cooperating with the FDA" can actually mean something meaningful.
If they are aware of various deadlines for various submissions, then they might be on track.

But in the end, this is only to stay in business longer, until the hammer drops.
And the hammer is what really matters.

I think the Feds have more on their hands than how to deal with Arizona's decision to Vape Everywhere, besides I think the Feds let us break a few because we civilize all the illegal immigrants for them, and are also exist as a deposetory for America's Homeless. Seriously, when we all chose things to have dumped on us, our state was so.... Special, that they agreed to the Homeless. No productivity, unless it's periodic detox and whatnot. Or if you want your windshield washed (I do not), etc. Now, natural gas and fracking suck but AT LEAST PA gets a cut...

In return, we are ill-advised in our goverenment area(s) and we like it that way, I guess. AZ is always just making up stuff, and look at even McCain. I was scared of a nuclear winter if HE got elected, that dude is PTSD central, now adding in a touch of Alzheimers. I think it was manifesting a bit during his campaign choices, honestly. Yet, good old McCain is not medically yanked, and he really, really, really should be.

Yes, I was kidding in my former post. 90% kidding at least.

Seen much more activity from Border Patrol including way more helicopters up in recent days.

There's still some hard core ignoring from people in Tucson (in fact, I believe our county elected itself something else, but it pretty much wanted to be the county that was the non-violation of that law.) But then they realized they wuold have no funds. But I have only seen things pick up with Border Patrol over here...
