Let me correct my post above after thinking about it some more...
"Cooperating with the FDA" can actually mean something meaningful.
If they are aware of various deadlines for various submissions, then they might be on track.
But in the end, this is only to stay in business longer, until the hammer drops.
And the hammer is what really matters.
