Thats all about taxes, the States want their slice of the pie.

As tobacco sales decline, and their settlement dividends decline, they will look more and more with a keen eye on taxing vape.

I can get authentic 18650's (and other sizes) there if I have to. Also many large hardware chains and general merchants offer them online. Tactical flashlights using 18650's are still a thing.

If you're talking about batteries + or batteries+ bulbs, they carry 18650's but nothing we'd want to use. I've checked.

I can't fault LG for the CYA letters. Sony is the same. Who likes to get sued? It does help the defense against claims by publicly taking the not for vape use position.

But they can't prevent a person from buying them without specifying their intended use, and once sold from an authorized distributor to whoever, LG has no further control over that shop, website, or person who wanted a couple of them.

Gottlieb and Price are not going to allow the FDA to ban e-cigs...overtly or effectively. This has always been my belief.
