We need to compile a list of everything that has the potential to fall into the "intended use" hell.

Come to think of it, probably easier to list things that don't.

Generally I don't one is funny at all but it does remind me of this :

Both the flora and fauna of the continent is extremely dangerous, as Death's Libraryattests. A book series known as "Dangerous Mammals, Reptiles, Amphibians, Birds, Fish, Jellyfish, Insects, Spiders, Crustaceans, Grasses, Trees, Mosses and Lichens of Terror Incognita" extends at least into "Volume 29c Part Three", while a list of the harmless ones contains only "Some of the sheep." There are few poisonous snakes in XXXX, but the explanation for this is that "most of them have been eaten by the spiders".

Hang in there, Classy!

Stay calm and vape on, my friends. This too shall pass--if we fight it hard enough.
Maybe I'm being too optimistic Tweety, but I don't think the FDA's argument that they are saving the children will hold up in court.

I agree, DC2, but I couldn't like your post. I gave 2 years of my life to this country and what turned out to be the last good years of my life, to date. This is how they repay me? Dirty blankety blanks !!!!!
Sorry to hear that Jerry, and THANK YOU for your service! I appreciated it even if the rest of the country is going to heII in a handbasket.

Kent, what Robin is pointing out is that some of those Reps are perfectly fine supporting cigars, but haven't signed on to HR 2058. If the vapers in their districts would point that out and the fact that vaping is even safer than cigars, that might change. If they're going to support burning vegetable matter, there's no sense in not supporting nicotine vapor.

True, but the HR2058 grandfather change also includes premium cigars. The problem with that bill, is, as some have said - it's a bill that would easily be vetoed by the President, whereas the Appropriations bill has a better chance since it's really only an earmark on that bill.

And pitting cigars against ecigs is not a good path to take at this point ;)

I'm not pitting them against each other. I am pointing out the hypocrisy.

At least it gives me an idea of which senator or representative I can POSSIBLY make see some sense. It also gives me a place to start to have a dialog with them.

Stop with excepting the crumbs...thats why the fda came down so hard. We need to push back just as hard. Their regulations are just plain stupid....way over the top.

Ecigs are not a tobacco product...not a medical product..not a food product. A recreation device

Just throwing Out a Hypothetical.

Would Vaper's Accept a Mid 2014 Grandfather Date?

Well, I'm pretty partial to my Kabuki, think that came out around June, 2015, so I'm thinking January, 2015 just to be safe.

EDIT: Hold it, got that backwards, thinking January 2016. Man that was close :)

Vivi Nova's were out and new stuff was taking its place by 2014. I started vaping in 2012, shortly after I got the vivi nova. That is when I completely gave up the cigs. That was October 2012.

I can give you the date that I got my first Kayfun. January 2014.

Tanks were available in 2012.

Don't forget carto tanks.

I feel the same way you do.......Retired Fed. Worked 36 years. FDA was always the .... of all the fed jokes. Even more evident today as to why.

Strongly agree. :)

I hope CASAA will issue a new CTA in support of the Appropriations bill. This is our best bet ATM because, as Kent just pointed out, it is very similar to the HR 2058, sort of bipartisan and can't be vetoed by the President.

No. It was in Reference to the VUSE being the #1 Selling device in the USA.

And Not believing everything you Read.

;)

I didn't read it. That's what Kevin said in the VP Live podcast. I don't know if it's true or not, but he sounded convinced.

This is worse than when Elvis died.
Well since Elvis didn't really die, and is alive an well drinking margaritas on a beach somewhere with some young tanned naked things, VAPING, maybe this won't be true either ;)
