Most people start with a 100mg/ml nic base, still need to be cautious, but not likely to kill an adult.

And I believe that, per ECF rules, we're not even allow to discuss it here. The stuff is deadly and can only be used in specially equipped labs--never at home.

Technically, they could propose similar regulations on products containing caffeine, sugar, salt...anything some group considers a threat to children.
