ETA: I hope to God she's a better attorney than she is a public speaker. I only made it about have way through the video.

Oy. She's not the litigator, is she?

On the positive side, no beard. Just cleavage, which is much more agreeable, methinks. :)

Only saw 14 seconds, though.

If used judiciously, no problem. I got rid of whitefly infestation on my beloved Meyer lemon tree using some old 10% nic that had gone rancid (turned a nasty shade of pink). Mixed it with a bit of water and a few drops of Dawn, sprayed, let it sit for a bit, hosed off. Worked like a charm. I try not to use pesticides in my little garden; soap, water, cayenne powder, and garlic are great and natural insect killers/repellants. I also use light horticultural oil sprays on my plants--none have died yet. :D

I used some really horrible juice I had mixed in my fruit fly trap, worked pretty good!

:lol: Good thing I knew what you were referring to Tweety! :D

No, they hired Covington & Burling to do the case, very high profile.

:p

Hey, I spent most of the day gone! Sort of... ;) :D

I'm trying to control myself, but it's not easy. It's like watching a 30-car pileup on the 405 during rush hour...

Anyway, FWIW, I've decided to give CASAA a little more time to issue a new CTA. I know that they are working furiously behind the scenes trying to bring all the parties (or most of them) together and come up with a cohesive plan of attack. God bless them.

I often use software that you can play it at faster speeds, so it doesn't take as long to listen. I had her set mostly at 1.3X. Faster for some slower speakers, but couldn't with her, because of diction and accent.

No new info that I'm looking for, but maybe for manufactureres and retailers.

So, basically everyone you listen to sounds like Alvin & the Chipmunks?:D

No, doesn't change pitch. That's one of the beautys of digital.

But they do sound like they're frantic about what they're telling you, and extremely neurotic. I can relate.

Luckily, I don't need the other alkaloids or the MOAIs. Vaping works great for me.

Nic after failing miserably with everything I tried, I quit in two days off the Blu. Barely vapin it what little you could get but it was adequate…after 47 years. All previous attempts had gotten me seriously ill or unbalanced my metabolism. I rejected every unnatural form of nicotine intake. But vaping was transparent to my anatomy. And most importantly, there was nothing like what could be called a classical addiction. Matter of fact I didn't even think about my M's those two days. Abandoning the ritual of seeking separation from others was liberating, mind blowing. Then it dawned on me that once I accepted that principle of freedom from the behavioral compulsion of hiding I didn't have a single desperate craving. Side effects, yes. Changes in my metabolism, appetite and others as many do. But addiction? No trace of it. Thank you all here who paved the way. Hope I can with all your help keep on helping others do the same.

Good luck. :)

I don't understand what you mean by compulsion of hiding.

Smoking was a communal activity. It was transformed into a furtive or escape behavior. Something to be done apart from others. And we create patterns for that. Habituation if you will. Programmed interruption of our routines and thought processes…Oh, I have to go…It's like walkin' around with a ticking time bomb albeit a small one. But one that could explode in some distracting and sometimes dramatic ways…like when the pack wasn't there where you put it. :D Good luck.
