Either this is very strong Scotch or your zero key is stuck.Estimated costs per ENDS manufacturer

We've had some good conversations (about ecigs lol) before you became a mod.... and some since :- )
<getting hip waders on>
You'd have to know some earlier mods (now gone) to really appreciate what I said. Plus we had some good 'history' as well.

Lol I don't blame you. I started looking and within 15 minutes my eyes were crossing. Then I got distracted by the serious lack of authorized AW IMR dealers in the states that aren't vape shops.![]()
The public wanted to care in the beginning...I have had 6 years of trying to understand the public on this issue.
Ms Robin never flew aimlessly across the landscape.Yep, I know Ms Robin from her days flying aimlessly across the ECF landscape.![]()
I'm going back to 2012.Ms Robin never flew aimlessly across the landscape.
She was in the heart of efforts to get something done.
They don't want to ban nicotine.Isn't it obvious that the main goal of the FDA is to outlaw and totally get rid of the wicked nicotine? I believe that is why they made these deeming regs next to impossible to achieve. They have as much said, oh, we will take your money on apps, applications, etc. but we not planning on doing anything with them. All they have to do is nothing and time will take care of it. There is a method to their madness and arguing that they are promoting 'public health'. They are banning nicotine by brute force. Whether we like it or not.
Either this is very strong Scotch or your zero key is stuck.

They don't want to ban nicotine.
They want Big Tobacco to control recreational nicotine usage...
--To consolidate the industry for easier management
--To easily control the taxation of nicotine usage
--To allow the DEMON tobacco industry to continue to exist as a scapegoat
They want Big Pharma to continue to reap the profits from beneficial nicotine products.
And to clear the way for future nicotine-based drugs.
Well, IMO anyway.

Looks like Johnson's Creek is having second thoughts about "welcoming FDA regulation". And, I guess this answers my question as to whether they got cut out of the whole Blu loop when it was sold or not.

I was wondering that myself. What does this have to do with Johnson Creek e-juice?![]()
Well, this is a promising new angle that me likey long time...Looks like Johnson's Creek is having second thoughts about "welcoming FDA regulation". And, I guess this answers my question as to whether they got cut out of the whole Blu loop when it was sold or not.

The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs is authorized by Rule XXV of the Standing Rules of the Senate to investigate “the efficiency and economy of operations of all branches of the Government.” Additionally, S. Res. 73 (114th Congress) authorize the Committee to examine “the efficiency and economy of all branches and functions of Government with particular references to the operations and management of Federal regulatory policies and programs.” For purposes of responding to this request, please refer to the definitions and instructions in the enclosure.

I was wondering that myself.
According to Christian Berkey, the Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Creek Vapor Company located in Hartland, Wisconsin, the FDA e-cigarette regulations would “extinguish a multi-billion dollar industry and put tens of thousands of people out of business.” Mr. Berkey also stated that the new FDA rule would have more than just a burdensome impact on the e-cigarette industry, the effect of the rule would be “catastrophic.”

They don't want to ban nicotine.
They want Big Tobacco to control recreational nicotine usage...
FDA controls Big Tobacco
--To consolidate the industry for easier management
What industry??.....they are killing it with these regs
--To easily control the taxation of nicotine usage
Then they should also tax their morning coffee the same as nicotine as their on in the same category.
--To allow the DEMON tobacco industry to continue to exist as a scapegoat
How does that further their agenda....do they need to be the school yard bully?
They want Big Pharma to continue to reap the profits from beneficial nicotine products.
And to clear the way for future nicotine-based drugs.
There are no beneficial nicotine products that work so who buys them to produce any sustained profit?
Well, IMO anyway.
just playing devil's advocate here.
