Isn't it obvious that the main goal of the FDA is to outlaw and totally get rid of the wicked nicotine? I believe that is why they made these deeming regs next to impossible to achieve. They have as much said, oh, we will take your money on apps, applications, etc. but we not planning on doing anything with them. All they have to do is nothing and time will take care of it. There is a method to their madness and arguing that they are promoting 'public health'. They are banning nicotine by brute force. Whether we like it or not.

eta And whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt? The have reversed this role by making the innocent prove that they are not guilty.

I share your opinion, especially #1 and #2.

The vapor product industry as it stands today would be an unmanageable mess. The FDA doesn't have anywhere near the manpower to deal with it from an enforcement perspective, especially with the regulatory approach they've been pressured to take.

When JC was partnered with Blu, they were all about welcoming our FDA overlords. Now? Not so much.
