i used to board ships as an agent,, Customs concern themselves with the manifests.,, did the ship enter our waters correctly,, what is the status of the crewmen onboard,,,(do all have the correct Visa,, are any listed on terrorist lists.......long story for a Captain with a bad name) concerning the cargo,, the agenCY of the vessel files the paperwork, pays all taxes upon arrival,, goes through a 'bug/pest' hunt,, all of this takes about an hour,, then the Customs officer runs off to the next ship. now,, having a crappy agent/agency will screw up the cargo/entry and even the manifest creating 'alarms' for further review.
you are more likely to have cargo seized in Dubai than America IF you had a picture of your wife in your Bedroom and too much of her neck was shown in the picture and if your ship had a bottle of whiskey on it.U.S. Customs will only deal with "Federal" constraints. They don't work for Arkansas.
In your example, they'll still most likely seize it.

The Numbskull is Flat insistent vaping Is Harmful, with no reasoning or Example - Yet he post more on Mod Envy than his own page.
I think it is Social Envy due to Stunted Brain development.
I've backed ANTZ down, but this lug head thinks science is irrelevant and his knowledge is supreme. Still awaiting any justification for his thoughts.
If he thinks vaping is harmful, he shouldn't vape.

And the shtf has just started...the government sells us the people out in every way that they can. I was out to dinner tonight with my siblings and their spouses - my brother in law said to me "I saw this bumper sticker that said 'I Vape I Vote" - he wanted to know what it was all about so I gave him and the rest of them an earful!

Got "I Vape, I Vote" bumper stickers on both our vehicles as well as ones that say "Vaping Saves Lives, No Butts About It!". The only ones we've ever used, but we get a lot of questions so a chance to inform, mod showing, thumbs up responses. Perhaps looking incredibly old and harmless people aren't afraid to approach husband and me.
