I would think Provape's safety record would satisfy anyone.
Correct.
The e-cigarette industry despite contrary belief is and always has been regulated
by Federal law.
Federal Food and Drugs Act of 1906
On the books in some form or another since 1906.

Yes. You are Right.
But it is Actually Worse than that. Because Most of the Time our screaming goes No Farther than the ECF thread it is in. For the Most Part, it's all Contained within the ECF itself.

The problem is that there has not been nearly enough vapers contacting their legislators. And legislators did hear from their constituents. Except for a very few, their lukewarm dor ignorant responses have been posted in this thread.
Wouldn't it be a Good Idea to CC this Post to Every e-Cigarette Retailer and Sympathetic Non-Vaper that you know? Verses just posting it Here?
Yep. Every one complains but no one is willing to be inconvenienced. The only cure possible would involve more pain than most are willing to suffer yet.

Americans have been given every convenience. We have come to rely on convenience, need convenience, love convenience, and hate the lack of it. There used to be a VW Beetle that drove around San Francisco, that was hand painted, and on it in large letters, "Convenience Creates Apathy". I will never forget it. I even looked for it on the internet years later and found photos of it abandoned in SoCal. I saved the photos.Yep. Every one complains but no one is willing to be inconvenienced.
So since Provari is the largest maker In the U.S., I wonder how much $ They've contributed to any of the advocate groups.Yep. Every one complains but no one is willing to be inconvenienced.

The Me Generations! If it does not directly effect me, pertain to me, enhance me, Elevate me, disturb me............................etc.I came to realize what it said was true, and on many levels. We have been softened up by corporations giving us every convenience. I see relatively few caring enough to give those conveniences up.
And out of the ashes of Provape will grow a vibrant cottage industry of flashlight mech mods... all in the name of public health and safety...I know, that was how it hit me when I first read it. Talk about an innovative, US vendor creating lots of jobs, taxes etc and basically being put out of business.
Totally OT, I was born near Track Rock and grew up in Gainesville and Forest Park, GA.
