And now we have a part of Tobacco Technology wanting to be THE e liquid supplier for everyone who cannot meet the deeming regulations.

"They
will either have to bring their processes up to
snuff or find a third party to supply them with compliant liquids.
Enter eLiquiTech, a division of Tobacco Technology Inc.
(TTI), the most advanced e-liquid manufacturing center in the
United States and possibly the world."

This is beyond despicable. It clearly is nothing less than a takeover of an industry that they had NO hand in creating. They underestimated the support, power and appeal of the vaping industry, came too late to the table, and realized that the only way they could steal ownership of it at this late point was by thuggery, enacting ridiculous and stifling laws through the power of their bedfellows. I would like to see a complete background on this "company" and their ties AND donations record. This is shameless:sneaky:.

(oh, and "the world's fastest cartomizer filling machine"? I guess the future looks a bit more obvious now)

I can't like your post but you are spot on, my sentiments exactly. I truly wish some of the vendors could use this or the lawsuits could bring this out somehow.

“We have been at the forefront of innovation and develop-
ment of the fusion flavors for the last dozen years. However,
TTI and eLiquiTech believe that the product that tastes like
a traditional cigarette is the product with longevity,” he says.
“We are concerned that the FDA may only allow tobacco-style
flavors. The FDA is frowning upon on a lot of the fruit-type
    flavor profiles."

I'm not liking the sound of this AT ALL! Somebody has some inside scoop???

Damn... After reading that pdf about HEPA-HVAC Systems, Pedestrian Airlocks, and Non-Biological Pharma-Grade Product Process, I'm starting to get a little Self Conscious about the Cat Hair I found in my Tank Yesterday. But haven't gotten around to Removing.

I never dreamed I would see the industry revolve back to where i started with those stupid, expensive pre-filled cartos.

These are Not going to be Stupid, Expensive Pre-Filled Cartos.

    Oh No...

These are going to be Smart, Expensive Pre-Filled Cartos. That are Chip Enabled so they Turn the Mod Off when the think they are Empty. Much like the Chip on an InkJet Cartridge tells the Printer to stop working even if you Re-Fill the Cartridge.

    Can you say "Unadulterated".

That's OK. I've been using curly (only curly) Golden Retriever hairs in my wicking for a while now. I think it works well, and also has given me a very mellow disposition.

If I was industrious, I could probably find my post from probably over 2 years ago saying that what BT wanted was for ecigs to follow the inkjet model: non-refillable, proprietary liquid cartridges at a billion dollars per ml, going in hardware they could probably just give away in starter kits...

No, they need to charge over 100.00 like I paid back in the day and then charge a fortune for the cartridges.

I can't complain cause it got me to stop smoking but within 2 weeks I had found 510's and upgraded to using batting to refill my own carts, hee hee. I forsee new vapers getting all this info from us oldster vapers and circumventing their pricey cigalikes.

That info is from January, 5 months before the deeming were released.

Can't find anything recent about "e-liquitech" (or whatever).

I think this is old news when many thought the FDA would only enact strict standards for cleaner, safer e-liquid manufacturers.

If this isn't evidence of the FDA colluding with BT I don't know what is. You don't invest that kind of money in a new facility under these circumstances unless you have inside info to work from or have paid permission so to speak.
