Well, things have been quiet in this thread, but it seems the fairly pro-vape (or at least not hating vape) secretary Price resigned today. Commissioner Gottlieb does remain, which is good, but any shake up raises the issue of policy change. If that change is limited to no more bumming free rides on government jets, fine. If not......

Happy Friday afternoon (not).

I'm not sure if there will be a Change of FDA e-Cigarette Policy?

There Didn't seem to be all that much Blowback from the Gottlieb's press release. Especially in light of the direction UK Health has been taking recently.

But like I asked in the other FDA thread, they said they would have a Q&A session in a week, and so far...nothing but crickets. We still don't have any idea of what exactly Gottlieb really intends to do to change the devastation that the Deeming is, as far as I'm concerned, we are still screwed.

The guy has a Youtube channel where in the past he explained the Deeming regs from a legal point, and from a Vapers POV. I definitely have always thought of him as pro-vape, and yes, he does vape himself.

Theres something going on here that I dont quite understand. Maybe, they are intentionally driving this to be heard in front of a court. I am hoping someone else here has the whole story.

Late in the video he refers to others he has reported and ones he expects to. Hard to understand the intentions when his other videos seem pro-vaping.

Kind of concerned. Regardless of the intention, vapers "reporting" other vapers doesn't sit well with me.

I am not sure I understand this. Is this guy turning in vape companies to the FDA?

So, even with the new 10 choice like/response system, nothing seems to fit for this video post.

There will always be folks sending all kinds of letters, reports, assorted and sundry stuff to the FDA. Not sure why this guy believes his would be of any more significance than the tens of thousand others they get a month. And why he would make a 30 minute YouTube video about it. That's sorta creepy. That I watched at least 5 minutes of it is even creepier. This is what cold medicine can do to my mind.

That is why I am so confused, all of his past videos have been very Pro-Vape.

Now, the guy is kind of like PB in that he rambles and is hard to watch all the way through, but he has always appeared pro-vape.

Why is he all of a sudden reporting people to the Feds?????

Is this part of some bigger (possible pro-vape) strategy?
