And Gottlieb swings the hammer......

Also I bet 75% rise is FAR less scary than the actual numbers, given that they are NOT RELEASING the actual NUMBERS. Which is not at all unlike the FDA.
What's sad is parties strongly tend to vote as a block. The GOP does and the Dems even more-so. It's like it doesn't matter who the individual is anymore. Party is what matters. And that is VERY sad.Just talking about this last night with a few folks…that I haven't watched broadcast television since 1992. Not much truth in it. Or entertainment for that matter. Campaigned informally for the winner that year despite the disingenuous tactics of that Party only to see every liberal value I held dear dishonored within a year. I repeated my error of 1976 to the same result. There is only one political value that matters to me any more and that is the individual.
Good luck.![]()
Gee, I wonder who else makes 'pod type' systems/devices?..Interesting and ironic that they seem to be heading toward more immediate regulation of pod systems while looking at open systems separately.
Eventually I see where e-cigarettes could be available by doctor's prescription only.
And we know the gov can change their minds whenever they want.Didn't that Boat Sail when we argued (Successfully) before Judge Leon that for e-Cigarettes, Nicotine was a "Tobacco Product" and Not a Drug.
And under the FSPTCA, the FDA can't Eliminate the Recreational Use of a Tobacco Product. So the FDA would need to New Legislation to work under.
Exactly right, zoiDman.Or does there seem to be a Stark Dichotomy when it comes to the way e-Cigarettes are Portrayed in the USA verses someplace like the UK?
Our current political party system is broken and I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it.
