Well, if they ban mint, I suppose the next most-popular flavor will be...tobacco.

So ban tobacco flavors too!

These idiots will never stop.

On a Slightly more Serious Note...

I think Anyone who is Going to Stock Up but Isn't completely Stocked Up should take Notice of what the FDA is doing.

Because things might get Accelerated. And then one could find themselves having to Load UP their CC in One Billing Cycle.

True, when BT seems to be calling all the shots........

I think BT has Lost much/most of the Control that they once had when it comes to e-Cigarettes.

It's Mob rule now. And Hysteria and FUD have gone from Background Noise. To the 1st Chair in the Orchestra.

Is it effective zero? Yes. A useful level of zero. It might even be true zero. There is an unknown but likely small probability that there is even a single molecule of nicotine in that bottle before it is sealed. Numbers this small don’t normally matter for the purpose of living our lives. They sometimes do though. Usually it involves bacteria which are really small but replicate. Even one can become many. This is why the term “contamination” is associated with medical and hygiene stuff. If something doesn’t replicate though it’s usually a non-problem. Effective zero remains effective zero. Useful zero.

They say everyone on earth contains at least one atom from Einstein's brain. Don't think they replicate though, or we would all be a lot smarter. We might even be able to figure out what women really want.

My one atom has multiplied. I now know what women want. Judging from the reactions I get as I walk down the street, I find that what women really want is me. Been that way all my life.

this is what I mean. In this case “that is false because sympathetic magic”. It’s phrased as a joke and it’s not unfunny. Some things are funny because they are true, some things are funny because they’re not true.

@bombastinator I think you need a job at the CDC. I'm not kidding I think they need you. If you would do me the favor of killing off their live polio and other terrifying strains of "poisonous hidden" that would be a very nice favor to me.

I don't know about women in GENERAL (they're a weird bunch) but I want what I want, exactly when, how, and where I want it at all times. If you can mindread, you get bonus points. If I have to throw out a hint or two, I will let it pass. If I have to VERBALLY tell you that is when it gets unpleasant.

For example the husband would bring me flowers. I hate cut flowers they wilt and die and remind you of aging. I also kill houseplants (same deal.)

The husband had done something egregious (not that much I forget what it was) and was instructed by another WOMAN to bring me a gift. Well he stopped at the dollar store, and there were no real flowers, but fake ones aplenty. I still have that bouquet through two moves, LOL.

I also want the cards you buy me to be SIGNED. You would think that would not be a thing, but the husband is an engineer and so practically autistic an there it would be-- a blank anniversary card. I would be like, "WHAT on EARTH do you want me to forward this to another woman so you can have a threesome?"

I mean I write loving messages in mine, sometimes to the point that it requires additional paper. My mom's the same way, she's like "The hallmark message is plenty." BUT at least she SIGNS THEM. LOL.

Re: CDC
Im assuming this is sarcasm. I’m not even a scientist. I just occasionally hold up little bits of logic like children’s blocks and say “lookie!” because I think it’s cool or beautiful or might fit in a bit someone else is trying to put together.

Re: everything else: huh? I need to be told literally everything. Even hints are totally wasted. This whole post is confusing. My best guess is I’m being berated or made fun of in a way I don’t understand.

I was trying to talk about the ways past anti-vaping “science” stuff is misusing logic using what I know of the logic of science, but what I had to say took too long to write. It wound up stomping on @FranC ’s much better and more pertinent post. I take too long to write posts I guess. I type on a phone and while I’m composing I can’t see the post board. If I’d seen it I would have erased everything I wrote.

In other words, no new news ;).

Depends on how you Read it.

If you couple this with the FranC's earlier linked article then I would say what you have is a Decision that has been Finalized.

And All Flavors, including Mint, don't sound like they made it.

OK, this is a different "regulation", but the local news just ran a story about testing students that have extracurricular activities for "drug use" and that included nicotine. Which he said was one of the biggest problems.

So nic is being grouped into illegal-drug use. Of course he claims it's "not to penalize" but then there's a penalty...they have to sit out 25% of the season for the whatever.

Plainwell Schools considers drug testing students
See video.

The proposed plan would implement random testing of students who participate in sports, club activities, National Honor Society and musicals. The district would randomly test 10% of the students who participate in those programs, which is about 350 kids.

The test is a five-panel test that costs about $5. It looks for nicotine, THC, opioids, :censored: [white powder] and methamphetamine.
