I received a reply from one of the vendors that wouldn’t ship to MA saying they were updating their systems to include MA for hardware but not flavored juice.

This is actually a real beer (by legal definitions) being marketed, actually a whole line of "Slushy" beers.

Probably owned by a cousin of Pence. Kinda like the Indiana Vape bill that only allowed like 3 Vape juice shops mixing in the state, and the licenses went to the relatives of the state assemblymen.
It looks like FDA dropped notice of e-cig industry guidance on December 26th. We can't see what it says yet, but this could be what was being hinted at with the pre-Christmas flavor ban warning/rumor from Paul Blair and VTA. (And CASAA's subsequent Call to Action update.)

No way to know but below might shed light on FDA thinking. Seems, that rather than reputable vape shops and online vendors, "our" government will soon force us to choose between returning to big tobacco or dealing with organized crime. And is likely to make many of us criminals.
