While I can be irritated about "All in the Family" and "Grand Torino"; I find the comparison pale. I am really angry about a warning concerning the founding documents of the country. A warning about two of the of the most revolutionary documents in the history of men governing other men is beyond disgusting [or women to avoid a "harmful language" warning from the archives].

I would say that the FDA just Doesn't have their Legal Defense ready for the coming Lawsuit.

Once the Toothpaste is Out of the Tube, it is Hard to get it back in. So they Can't Deny a PMTA and then do work showing why they Denied it after-the-fact.

BTW - The are Other PMTA's in play besides JUUL's. What of their fate?
