so make a dummy account, get 5 posts then come in here, say "hey martinez here, sorry to everyone for our shoddy workmanship. we are making every attempt to rectify the situation, and to all who got our garbage we will reimburse you 100%"

hes not an ecf supplier so the worst they could do would be close his dummy account. NO EXCUSE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! mistakes happen all the time, its how they handle their mistakes that will determine if i buy from them. and i really want to buy from them, but i will not support a business that does not appreciate the customers that keep them and their families fed.

I wouldn't recommend anyone trying to circumvent ECF rules for any reason.. that is HIGHLY frowned upon...

I am just saying

martinez needs to get his post count to 5 so he can come in here and do some explaining

What blows my mind is how little it would cost RS/e-Liquid.cn to fix this entire fiasco.

It probably costs them 25 cents per carto. They could send replacement carto to people who have made orders before the R4 cartos slow boat mail from China.

Instead they sit and watch their reputation go down in flames here on the ECF. And face it, The ECF is the authority when it comes to All thing e-Cig.

This thread has over 65,000 view last I checked. And there are other E2 threads. How many of those 65K+ views are people who say "The Heck with E2 Cartos. Too many problems and non-returnable even when THEY make a mistake."?

And all because someone at RS is too cheap and to inept to get their act together and replace the junk cartos they sold us.

They want me to ship my order back. Shipping cost almost as much as what I ordered.
And it was there mistake. And I'm not sure they will get it right next time. Then what?

see and the proper thing for them to do if they want their merch back is to send you the replacements, along with a paid envelope/box for you to send back the ones you have

^ that's not necessarily so, dynasty, I don't know any U.S. supplier who would do that. It seems that anywhere in the world that you buy an e2 from, there is no guarantee, and everybody will probably never send you pre-paid boxes

Maybe what we need is a giant, reverse co-op :)

everyone would save all their glued cartos and what not, and return them together for a better shipping cost.

FYI: They already blew a chance at real and massive co-ops that ECF tried to do, but maybe now there is hope of a reverse co-op ?

Man... You come up with some crazy stuff sometimes. But this time you might be on to something. A reverse co-op to save money on returning items to a seller who sold us bad carto.

If it wasn't true it would be funny. But it is true so it is really sad.

Perhaps the next step is to contact the CC companies and start the "E2 Return Complaints Thread".

Want to hear a good one?

I bought 30 510 XL cartos (Order #2479, 8-17-10) and out of the 30, 13 had smashed threads. Half of the remaining had "Mystery Fluid" on the wick causing the Horrible taste. And ALL of them leaked. One leaked so bad it ruined an eGo Automatic battery.

After all the BS members are going thru I figured I'd see what they say about my order. So I logged onto e-Liquid.con to Formally ask for a replacement of these 13 cartomizers. I went to "My Orders" and guess what? There is no record of the Order!

Good thing I saved the paperwork that came in the box.

I don't think it would work. Those guys have trouble enough keeping regular web orders straight - you think they're going to receive a big box with multiple returns and figure out who's who?

All my past orders are gone too. I think they purge them shortly after they've been delivered.

Got my ce2 808 regular length cartos today. COV, ordered 5 days ago my type was all he had left, he had 0 in stock 8days ago and sold every e2 on the shelf in 3 or 4 days, except for the short 808s. ( BTW same story elsewhere on all of the listed sites from an earlier post).
What I got was definitely an R3, no notches in the fill ring, no "do rag" on the cup. Same 20100816 sticker on my carton.
Pulled all plugs, washed in hot water, blew out the water, dry burned several times and like Tehani Jones says "zero stinkage". Filled w/ about .7ml of juice, put the fillring back inverted added a drip tip and vape on. Yeehah!
Very pleased with the vapor, flavor and throat hit but I'm a low nic vaper and generally run 10-12mg heavy VG juice. Laying down whatever device I tried it on resulted in some juice in the tube, but No ptb so runoff was expected . I tried this carto on 5 different devices and the threads matched up with whatever battery, mod or adaptor I hooked up.
I did not experience any burnt taste. Did not find any sort of glue or goo in the coil chamber. Don't know about the type of wicking or anything below the cup, but I am sure after seeing nicotimes monster I won't be "looking under the bed" to see if the boogey man is hiding there;at least 'til you guys get this sorted out. Five cartos should last 'til Christmas, right?

That pretty much sums up the cartos I got from AwesomeVapor recently, 40bikes. I did sacrifice a few of them to see if I could find any of nicotime's monsters, but didn't find any.

P.S. does your nickname mean that you've got 40 motorcycles? Lordy, I thought I was a bike hog when I had 5 at the same time. Had to sell them all when I moved from Washington State to Florida. As soon as I save up some $, I'll be getting a new one, though :)

I guess not seeing my order on their web site kinda pushed me over the edge.

All my past orders are gone too. I think they purge them shortly after they've been delivered.

Doesn't that kind of make it difficult to reference an order number for something like a return. Even the chessy Mom & Pop web sites I have purchased items from has order information shown in the Account section.

It is just one more thing that doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that RS/e-Liquid.cn is on top of things.
