Duh! Did I say PROVARI!! That was WISHFUL thinking LOL!!! I meant my INFINITY!!!
I was using 50/50 FSUSA juice. I just tried the second one with a 70/30 mix of VV Grapplemelon on my 808D-1 and don't get a burnt taste with it.
I am a little worried though - the first one came unglued very easily when it got wet with juice and the second one is at the verge of leaking too. Nice concept but needs some work IMO!
Thanks!

Not sure what voltage to use because I am not lucky enough to have a Provari. But I would suggest starting at a low voltage.
The reason being is once you get that burnt taste, it means your burning juice and forming "gunk" on the coil wire. The gunk inhibits wick and cause more gunk and more burnt taste. It is a death spiral.
I'd suggest starting at 3.2v and moving up slowly. You might find also that thicker juices do better at a somewhat lower voltage than thinner juices. Thicker juices just don't wick as fast as thinner juices. Hence, they can form "gunk" faster under certain situations.
