For all the parents and grandparents 'helping' thier children through Disney's Toontown game or maybe by helping them you've accidentally become hooked, lol. Here is how to make your toon into a black cat, which is not normally an option.
On Halloween, make a new toon (one color, any color and either gender) cat.
When you meet Flippy and he asks you to speak for the first time say the 'Toontastic!' phrase in the drop down menu.
There will be a puff of smoke and your toon cat will magically transform into a black cat.
Can only be done on Halloween and will be permanent.
