When I got up the wind chill was 6 degrees this morning. The temperature is 17 now. I don't know how cold it was at dawn, but surely it was close to a new record.

The natives love snow here. They just go crazy for it and root for it. As for me, 38 years in Chicago was enough for me.

It's warm your way then... The sun doesn't come over the ridge til about noon so at noon is when it starts warming up here... but then it will do so rapidly usually. ..

as I mentioned earlier, the Kenner police did a full 360 spin on Williams exiting a gas station.... and these guys are supposed to be trained hard core in driving techniques... guess they didnt train them for icy conditions
Someone posted there was a new Papa John's opening up. I told them their box tastes better than their pizza. I was told to sell my house and move to another state.
