I love what you did with the door

The tan on the frame really makes the door and side lights pop. On the first picture, having the frame the same red just made the whole thing blend in and details didn't show as well. Even the hardware stands out.

Excellent job!

Robin I love the guest room also! I love aqua of most shades. I did my front door recently. Let me see if I can find a pic.

I want to add a bit of contrast with coral, either another pillow or a blanket draped at the ends of the beds. I'm not actively looking, just keeping an eye out when I'm out and about. I seem to find things better that way and much less stressful than actively searching. It gets frustrating when you're on the hunt and absolutely nothing makes you say 'That's it'. That's why it took a year to find the dining room fixture.

I need to do something in the corner of the dining room. It will find me in time. LOL

Nice door. Reminds me I need a new door. Been meaning to do that for 14 years now. I have a solid door now. Want one with glass similar to yours. I have two side windows that go halfway down but I want more light coming in.

Those beautiful rooms and doors look like more work to me :p

PT today is moving forward. The self-described Mistress of Purgatory* (my PT instructor) has given me yellow elastic strips and exercises for upper back and shoulders in addition to the heat/ exercises for my neck. I really am hoping this is a move forward.

* "Mistress of Purgatory" is a name she received from a 70 year old Army Colonel who had a complete knee replacement and was not used to having a woman tell him what to do. She is actually a soft spoken and pleasant woman to work with.

But cross her and she's the devil's spawn.

I actually do all the work decorating. Hubby makes the phone calls for light fixture installations. Although, the ones over the island and bar we installed. I helped a lot.

So far today, I've moved everything out from the last to be done guest bedroom except for the things I need a second person for. Tomorrow the new daybed gets here and after they are done putting it together, I will put everything where I want it to go.

@Robino1 - Beautiful decorating! I’ll be right over to enjoy that guest room.

@76bridget - Love your front door! Beautiful and inviting.

@DavidOH - Somehow I had no idea you had a son. But the merging of components isn’t something I can totally relate to too.

@Bunnykiller - I forgot to post the list! So sorry. Thanks for handling that.

Right now the 'twin' guest room is holding all the stuff I took out so they can assemble the bed on delivery. I do have available at this time the queen bed guest room. :D. After Saturday, come on over!!!!

Seriously, open invitation to any of the HHV Army members. We aren't far from Disney (2hours) and approx 2 hours south is Miami. A nice vacation spot for anyone. :)

I do love the change that color brings.

I did my first chalk paint furniture project this last week. An old desk and even older chair, and it actually looks pretty good. I’m not crafty, usually things end up looking like a kid was trying something new in 3rd grade art class... but I think I pulled this one off. I’ll have to get the pics together of before and after.

The problem is that now I think I need to re-do everything....

Evening army!

Papaw that invoke is mighty purty. Gonna have to look into that one more. Did you get the Ello tank with it? Found the set for a decent price and I’ve been debating on new tanks for over a year now

No, I got the Invoke separate. I added a Vandy Vape Berserker for a tank. Did a review of each on the Let's Talk Hardware thread. Let's Talk Hardware
I got mine from GearBest. Low prices, but it takes nearly a month to arrive via the slow boat from China.
