Well my son just left. My DIL didn't come, she wasn't feeling well. I hope she doesn't have the flu!
My daughter and SIL came for the dinner. We had some big news. I was told I'm going to be a grandmother!

Congratulations! You must be so excited! Is your son’s wife pregnant or is your daughter? You’ll be a wonderful grandmother, no doubt about it.
My daughter is the one who is pregnant. They told me I need to figure out my grandmother name. It won't be granny or memaw. Both of my grandmothers were called grandma. My mom is called grandma. Mimi is a possibility, but I'll probably go with grandma. I need to look up other versions of a grandmother name.

My daughter's dog is named Nana. I doubt if she wants me to pick that name. If I was going to go with the Indian name for grandmother, it would be Elisi or Enisi. Since I am the maternal grandmother the tradition used to be Elisi. My mother's side has Cherokee. My daughter has some Cherokee from both my side, and her dad too. They wanted me to pick something cool and different, because my SIL's mom will be called grandma. I got to thinking how it was sometimes hard to distinguish which grandma my parents were talking about sometimes. So I dunno. I will have plenty of time to think about it, and talk to my daughter about it.
Evening..... Not bad today it got into the 60's and looking at being in the 70's tomorrow. So on the way to work I see about 8 cars on the side on the road with flashers on. As I pass it looks like they all have a flat tire on the left front. I guess they didn't see that pot hole I missed.
Congrats Kkay! My friend's kids call their grandmother Mo. Big family, no question who they are talking about. My MIL is Nana, my Mom is Grandma. Two of my sisters chose Mimi.
Morning, General, mighty fine day here. Today, I mount a tool box on my new to me Tacoma. It's gonna be big.
