Bronze, did you take pictures? The only way I am up at dawn, is if I have to get up and go to the bathroom. Then I go straight back to bed. ;)
No pictures of Mars. My Canon Powershot A630 camera doesn't have a 2.35E+ 9,492,017,658,196,213x zoom feature on it. And the only way I'm up at dawn is because I have to tap a kidney too. But there is no going back to bed. I get up and walk. It's much cooler. Only 70 degrees at 5:15 in the morning. But I did crawl back in bed after my walk.

Stepped on the cat's foot. Thing let out a primal scream and ran away. I chased him in the other room and let him have it. The damn thing is always in my feet. Pisses me off!

We kissed and made up five minutes later. All is good. :)

ohmygosh - Louie is so very quiet.
He plops at your feet in the kitchen and doesn't do the normal yelp if you accidentally step on fur.
I am so afraid of stepping on him !
Probably gonna end up breaking my neck over that cat !

as yall heard, I was working on the car last weekend and got the motor pulled... so I covered up the "remains" with a car cover so it wouldnt "offend" people... and this morning Code comes by again... and gives the wifey the ticket ( its her car)... they told her that someone complained that since the car was on jacks ( actually on wood blocks and very well seated and covered with a car cover , I even did the push test to see if it would move and it didnt) that it was unsafe due to kids potentially playing near it and possibly getting crushed by it...

ummm we have no kids in our area and if we did they would have to be really strong to jostle the car around enuf to make it "unsafe" and... what business would kids have doing to remove the cover and get under it in the first place???, anyway the wifey is home all day, so it isnt unattended ( the car) and we also find out that there is a new code law.... your car cannot be left in 1 place for more than 48 hours... o_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O
it has to be moved at least once in a 48 hour period. Sooooo, what happens when you go on vacation??? Do you need to get a car sitter to move it every 2 days??? And what about my work van??? it sits unused for 3-4 days at a time... also, Kenner residents arent allowed to work on their cars on their own property ( even in the backyard)...o_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O:?::?::?::?::?::?:

and..... I also found out that you cant wash your car in your own driveway...White Turkey Feathers??? ..... ( maybe my neighbor will let me use his driveway :p )

I wonder what group of people sit around thinking of all these rules and push them up the ladder to the city law makers to approve this stuff.... OHHH I know.. these people own car fixit shops, car washes, etc...

once the government figures out how to charge us for breathing air........we will be doomed... sheeeshhhhh!!!

and BTW... the person who complained wasnt my next door neighbor.. ( he actually was out there with me last weekend helping me, he luvs working on cars) it was someone else, Im betting it was the A.R. guy across the street... (this guy wont even walk thru his grass to put out the trash... he walks down his driveway and on the sidewalk and up the neighbors driveway and between the houses and then to the trash can... thats about 5X the distance compared to walking thru the lawn.. he's not allergic cuz he cuts his own lawn) plus he was giving me the Evil Eye as I was working on the car....

welllll guess what?? he gets to watch me all this weekend fixing cars

Damn things love getting in your wickets. I've punted him a few times. He doesn't get the message.

That is just INSANE. I think these folks have lost their ever loving minds. That sure doesn't sound like America to me.

I like it,probably going to try cinnamon also to see how it is
Different menu , file manager , Mate's easier to customize and it has Compiz for eye candy , Cinnamons easier to navigate with a an easier to use file manager , but it takes more memory to run than Mate . Finally if Cinnamon crashes it defaults to Mate , Cinnamon is built on top of Mate . Crashes are very rare though .
