opto sumthin... she tore a ligament, split the miniscus and cracked the bone... shes back home and doing ok... totally loaded on pain meds. Between the compression leggings and the pain meds, she reminds me of "The Mummy".... all wrapped up and making weird noises... :)

Glad she got that mess taken care of! Praying for you both. At least she's an easy and entertaining patient in her current state.

Keep us posted.

Mom is in the back row and bonus girl is in the front row...in case you were wondering. :)

Thank you!

Shameless display of flattery to win points there, sir. You must be hoping to earn points with Santa. ;)

@76bridget - THANK YOU!!! I love seeing this pic of your beautiful family!

@Bronze you crack me up!

Pic was taken last month in WV. DH is heading home on Friday (maybe sooner) and goes back on Jan 3. So glad to get more time than the originally planned 6 days.

Christmas shopping is pretty much done. Picked up an outfit each for the kids instead of stocking stuffers. I'll stuff the stocking in the jeans pocket..

Update: Jackson is making some baby steps. He has been intubated allowing him to get the deep breaths he needs and allowing his little body to not have to work as hard. At this point in time his spo2 levels are staying above 90 which is where we want them. They have been able to drop the oxygen level to 25% and are now trying to 23% (we want him at 23%). He gets a daily xray of his lungs to monitor. They are still hazy but improving little by little. He is still being given an antibiotic being treated for pneumonia. Today he was given a diaretic to help expell excess water from his body. We are hoping that tomorrow he will be able to come off the life support (breathing support) and breath comfortably on his own.

Thank you everyone who has been praying. We ask for continued prayers. Hoping he will be home for Christmas..

I've hit the HHV gear clearance sale. My pod curiosity has gotten the better of me. I went for an innokin eq in blue. I left a few for anyone else interested. :)

Now I may have to go on a quest for a nic salt flavor I like. I have some higher MG Dragon's Fire to test out in it first though.

Too bad innovation is squelched by the FDA and HHV can't do nic salt versions of their flavors. Some have done it, but I don't know how they're getting away with it.

We'll see what the future holds.

Can you get additional cartridges with that thing?

Yep and HHV has those on clearance too. So I grabbed an extra.

OK I see you can. Wonder how long they last.

That’ll be the thing. I see the gang over on the Prime thread talking about rebuilding. I’m with you and the others saying it’s a combo of being cheap, pride in ability and lack of trust in pre-built coils. Keeps me preferring to do my own. I do buy prebuilt Clapton coils now, but they last me for months and I can rewick easily.

This is to see what the fuss is about. And to know how pods work with HHV so I can promote it in good conscience. I might enjoy the convenience. I don’t vape MTL anymore so it may not satisfy at all. Gonna find out!

Well the nurse said at 7:15pm that the rehab was going to pick up my mom. She was supposed to be going by 8pm. They got her at 10:30pm. By the time they did the check in there, it was after midnight before I left that place. Mom told me she was going to work hard, she doesn't want to stay any longer than she has to. It finally stopped raining late tonight, so that was a relief. I'm not able to sleep yet. I told Mom not to expect me until probably after lunch tomorrow.
