Will there ever be another Super Bowl in which the Patriots don't play? Is there anyone who isn't sick of the Patriots? Sheesh.

I was rooting for the Saints and the Chiefs. I should have told you guys so you could have placed bets on the Rams and Patriots and cleaned up big time.

I hear ya! Not long after Huuuuuuge groans and colorful language coming out of BK's house, there was another round of Huuuuuge groans and colorful language emanating from CMD's and Hula's house.

This is nearly constant for me! Anyone I root for in a competition seems to lose! It’s weird and annoying. :)

Me neither. But I haven’t watched since whatever year the Green Bay Packers won while Reggie White was playing for them. I only watched then because friends had a party and that game was on.

A similar groan came from my place along the lines of “It’s already the Super Bowl? Again?”

We got a warm front. About 3 cold fronts will follow. We didn't have the warm front more than a day, and tonight or in the morning we may have sleet.

I babysat the twins yesterday. I can tell you I am absolutely worn out. The firstborn twin hasn't been having a good time lately. I think he may be teething. Their mom can slowly build up her muscles to deal with them as they get bigger. I used to carry both of my kids at once. But now, since I'm not so young, it was tough. I don't know how much they weigh right now, I should ask. My daughter doesn't have a rocker, I wish she did! It won't be long and they will be crawling around, and playing together. They grow up so fast. Time is just flying by.

In today's toothcare segment:

My Sonicare arrived today. The hygienist gave me three options to consider. I took Option 2 (Sonicare Flexcare Platinum)...the middle priced one. $120 is enough. I wasn't gonna pay twice that for additional bells and whistles that have nothing to do with cleaning my mouth. I have to charge it 24 hours before I can use it. Did a ton of research on replacement brush heads. Didn't like the idea of spending $15 per replacement for the Sonicare brand. I found there are tons of generic brands and many of those got excellent reviews. As good as or even better than Sonicare replacements. Prices range from 80 cents per to $5 per. Oddly, the 80 cent ones got the best reviews (price probably factored into that). So that's what I got (Oliver James brand off Amazon - 20 pack). Most said they experienced nothing different with these vs Sonicare brand replacements. Good enuf for me! I compared them and I see little difference. Usage will ultimately determine that.

Oral-B actually gets slightly better marks for effectiveness (though they are close) but the Oral-B is loud. Sounds like a boat motor. And they say it feels like a jackhammer. I don't think so. Don't need any lip from a toothbrush.

In today's world, I appreciate a positive dental update. I am going to look at Oliver's brush replacements, Oliver did me pretty good with the ECF.

It's a little unusual for me to not choose OEM but in this case it's kind of a no brainer. $15 versus 80 cents? Come on! Even if they fall apart instantly I'm out only $16. Worth the risk. When it comes to car parts, house or yard equipment parts, I pretty much stick to OEM when I can. Too many cheap Chinese parts out there that are just plain junk.

They popped up pretty quick with good reviews. If it only lasts four weeks I think you are ahead. I have to figure out what my model is, I have had it a long time and some of the labeling has worn off.

I've seen only two different styles. One has a big base on it versus the other. As long as you stay within these styles I think they will work accordingly. But I certainly am no expert on Sonicare replacement heads.
