Bronze: My latest treat...fresh pineapple. Fully ripened, cored with one of those pineapple corers. Nice and sweet and totally refreshing! :)

Ouch, nothing like rubbing it in man with the "Nice and sweet and totally refreshing!".

Do you deliver?

You are a turkey for posting that!!! :)

I know what I'm getting at the grocers next trip. Thanks Bronze!

If there are no pics, no videos... it didn’t happen. ;)

Actually, I am pretty much incapable of being mean to creatures. Even the two-footed variety. Especially not to felines. :)

ya need to see it in a different perspective... you arent being mean, you are just checking to see if the cats instincts are still intact ;)

39 logs averaging around 2 feet in diameter. Tried splitting one and the log laughed at me. It’s way too wet. The splitting wedge bounces back out of it. So I have them all propped up in rows and will let them dry for a year and give it another shot. Dry wood spilts much easier.

Babysat my grandboys yesterday. My daughter thought they had allergies from being outside over the weekend. Runny noses and congestion, slight cough. This morning before I got up I felt my throat was not right. Slight cough, and a bit of soreness. After I was officially up, I pulled the flashlight out to view my throat. It is very swollen, so I doubt this is allergies. I will be treating it today. This ought to go well with the stormy weather predicted for today and tomorrow. I may get my remedy out, or at least my homemade elderberry tincture and fermented garlic. I'm trying to decide which to use right now. I fermented garlic and honey in apple cider vinegar, but I haven't tried it yet. Hopefully I can knock this out before it takes hold.

Anyone else buy into the air fryer rage? I got mine for Christmas, and I love the dang thing. I use it all the time. Salmon last night, fajitas tonight. This is an oven fajita recipe, it took less than half the time in the AF and turned out better.

Looks delicious, Bridget. We don't have an air fryer. I would love to have one. BUT, my wife has made it clear that (1) the kitchen is her exclusive domain, (2) accordingly, I'm not allowed to buy kitchen gadgets. And she has no interest in an air fryer or anything else that consumes counter space.

That looks amazing! Best part of a new cooking tool is that it can make cooking fun again.
