It's not a mistake for you, if that's what you want. The thing is, there's rather a lot of us here who don't want that, who are looking for options other than, "Stop vaping nicotine", and we can be kinda ornery about it. ;)

I perfectly understand that.

It's just that after 20 pages dedicated to stocking as a solution, I also mentioned an alternate approach for those that could do without nic in their juice.

If anyone is considering trying that, this is a good moment for working on it. Everything is available now, at good prices, from various nic concentration in juices to the wildest assortment of flavors possible, 230W mods, octocoil atomizers and whatnot.

I just got an image of someone dripping 18mg nic at 200watts.

Sorry, but I have to respectfully disagree with the parts above in red.

They will want to control ~the taxes~ on ~future sales~ of it... that's where their real revenue stands to be.

If the regs show any semblance of common sense, our little existing stocks of nic will be grandfathered in.

And I have receipts for what I have 'stashed' in my freezer. Compare that to how little I've used since it was bought, and it's obvious I do not have any "intent to distribute".

And I DO agree that... we should focus are our energy on advocacy

they will probably have to grand father in supplies on hand. however when access to
nicotine is restricted your life time stash becomes a very valuable commodity.
to prevent illegal trafficking the amount grand fathered in will be limited.
to protect the chillin'.

So you do realize realistically banning nicotine would mean banning tobacco...farms, cigs, cigars?

They would ban direct sale of liquid nicotine to unlicensed consumers, not tobacco sales. Liquid Nicotine/ juice, would most likely have to have a tax stamp on it like cigarettes do now also.

Have you honestly see any legislation proposed that even hints at banning liquid nicotine specifically?

I do not possess the attention span to make it through this entire thread... but, it did just inspire me to order 2L of 100mg/ml nic base. Mixed to 6mg, that'll be good for over 1100 30ml bottles of juice. I've been meaning to order nic base for quite awhile, just haven't done it until now.

I'll likely not start DIYing unless forced to do so. I'll enjoy my favorite vendor created juices for as long as I can. When the time comes, I'll just need about 8 gallons of VG.

The term does not include a vapor pen.
Sec. 10. "E-liquid" means a substance that:
(1) is intended to be vaporized and inhaled using a vapor pen;
and
(2) specifically excludes substances contained in non-refillable
sealed cartridges of four (4) milliliters or less used in
e-cigarettes.

Tell me who they are protecting!?!

Sec. 3. (a) Except as otherwise permitted by this article, a person
may not purchase, receive, manufacture, import, or transport, or
cause to be imported or transported from another state, territory,
or country into Indiana, or transport, ship, barter, give away,
exchange, furnish, or otherwise handle or dispose of e-liquid, or to
possess e-liquid for purpose of sale.

(b) A person may not knowingly receive or acquire e-liquid
from a person or authorized distributor who does not hold a valid
permit under this article to sell, deliver, furnish, or give the
e-liquid
