I want one of those! Before that ~and~ .223s are both banned!
Seriously, is that a real atty?
Appears to be, there's even a review of it:

what worries me is that some think in this day and age simply stockpiling
certain things like nic base and whatever they have on there list will be
ample protection from the excesses of over regulation and taxation.
i don't think the FDA is going to leave any horses out of the barn this
time around. they will simply make the possession of any materials
intended for the use in making non-FDA approved juice or non-FDA
approved e-cig components illegal. if worse comes to worse i am
willing to bet they will conduct programs where you can turn in
your ENDS(non-FDA approved electronic nicotine delivery systems)
and contraband juice prosecution free.

Stacking batteries?
Do you really believe they can made VG illegal substance?
Pg and VG are widely used products that will never be banned.
PG is used in everything from high end food flavorings to iv drugs.
It will never be banned. Same with VG, widely used and impossible to ban.
MAYBE they ban sales of liquid Nicotine, but that's not an easy task banning liquid nic and allowing big tobacco to stay compliant, so I doubt we will see it any time soon.
Dedicated e cigs may be regulated, but raw materials will never go away.
They are commonplace items that are heavily used.

I have two ongoing goals with respect to vaping...Yep, only way I know to use that mod. I understand stacking is a risk and I followed all related precautions and am fully versed in battery safety. In any case, moot point as I received a couple of iStick 50's this past Saturday. I'm absolutely thrilled with it as is my 75 year old mother who got the other one!
I can't use my 2.2 ohm 510 atomizers at 3.7 volts anymore because I'm used to more power than that.I'm still curious as to why you can't use your 510's on a standard 3.7v mech mod if it came to that. Are they all 3 ohms and up like mine?
if you intend to use it to make e-juice the answer is,yes of course.

OK. What about Amazon, Tractor Supply, etc.?
OK. What about Amazon, Tractor Supply, etc.?
they can't ban the items.they can ban the intended use.
this concept is already in use in law enforcement when
it comes to other activities we can't mention here.

Nope. The commonplace materials aren't banned.
The action of manufacturing is deemed illegal.
Which may happen.
But PG and VG will never be banned.
You can't list all the everyday uses of PG in a post because of text limits.
It's in everything.
No way they will shutter all those industries.
Big pharma alone wouldn't allow it.
That's like banning all glass. Ain't gonna happen. Use yer head.
If anything gets banned other than retailing, nicotine regulation is how this plays out.
It's the only logical scenario that affects DIYers.
