Welp after reading this thread I placed an order. Stockpiling has begun for me.

I plan on being able to "take care of" one of my friends who Vapes...she doesn't build or use mech mods...but I will keep her supplied with coils, juice, and safety info...anything to help her stay away from smokes. And I plan on having enough stuff in case my husband who smokes ever decides to quit.

I'm down to vaping 3mg so what I ordered will likely be more than enough than I will ever need for just myself. But I'm going to keep on ordering, regardless. It will give me a good excuse to start back with mech mods. They're pretty :p

And in the event the vape-pocalypse doesn't happen, I'll have a bunch of fun DIY stuff. The folks I feel the worst for are the ones who will want to start Vaping and won't have knowledge or access. Yeah, I live in WA. Good times. Not.

I agree. They really aren't going to care about a handful of people like us with a few bottles in our freezer. We are a tiny part of what they are trying to achieve. We won't even make a dent in the money train they are trying to preserve.
Right. Unless you're that guy with the cold-storage warehouse filled with drums of nic, I just don't see it. Raiding people's homes is unpopular, dangerous, and costly, with little ROI.

I've got almost everything I need. Thinking about it a lot has caused me to conclude that the power supply is the weak link. I could be sitting there with gallons of juice and a box full of tanks and the threads on my last mod strip out, or the chip dies. Right now I'm trying to figure out what's good on the mech mod side. Seems like they would be easier to maintain long term. All the parts should be serviceable. But there are so many mech mods. Lot of research to do there. And I can't do it by buying lots of them and figuring it out the hard way. Too much money and too little time.
Another place where "DIY" skills may be useful. Learn to fix 'em. I'm old enough to remember when we used to fix things instead of throwing them away and buying new ones. Or learn to build your own. Have a look at a thread like this. The 510 connectors used in that mod cost $10 for a 3-pack. The rest of the parts in it have nothing to do with vaping.

Wow, you surly curmudgeon, thanks for the link. I subscribed and over the next few days I am going to read the whole thread. I like the idea - a lot.

Don't worry, they'll get better at it.

Thank you for that link. Opened my eyes to a section of ECF I haven't been to before.

I have to have at least one of those, probably more... might be awhile though, got some reading to catch up on.

I like fixing things.

I'll admit my post about breaking down you door for nic is insane and extreme and I'm being laughed at.I was trying to make a point they want full control of this. The nic will be classed as a tobacco product so it falls under the tobacco control act.As others have said in this thread tread lightly on how much nic you have on hand they won't believe is your personal stash and you have intent to distribute.Instead of hoarding gallons of nic we should focus are energy on advocacy and try and soften the blow we are about to receive.

I never imagined I'd ever see intent to distribute connected with nic, they coming for my coffee next.
We can do both advocacy and stock piling, nothing will soften the blown better then gallons. ;)
