RUBBISH!! All metal tubes with a battery that fires a heating element on a tank connector made in the US are unique!!![]()
If youre not a part of the solution youre a part of the problem...
In other words
If some folks wants to whine about others buying clones they should start giving away real ones for clone prices

Every, and I mean every E-Cig device out there right now, attys, mods, boxes, everything, is a clone of the original concept. Battery, wick, coil, wire, insulators, electrical circuit path wether electronic or mechanical, matings (threadings), buttons or switches, and a body to hold it all together is a clone of the original first e-cig, which current age e-cigs were born in China I do believe. This does not in any fashion de-mystify what is a knock off, improvement, modification, or what not of a newer design and methodology to achieve the end result for the end user. However, a clone of a work that use identical or almost similar markings and numberings, Chi Yu vs its Clone for instance, that is where I draw the line.
Firstly, It has never been my intention to break forum rules but because I can not follow up in my previous threads , I must post this here. If I am banned because of it, well then, I want to at least be given a chance to respond and be heard.
I want it known that if the concept of clones makes you angry, or if you think they are ripping off other peoples work, please, in the name of all that is holy, do not direct your ire towards the purchasers of these items, who are often new vapers, those who simply cannot afford the real things, and those who just refuse to overspend.
Instead this animosity needs to be directed at the clone/replica makers NOT at fellow vapers. This just creates a chasm and alienates others. I personally do not need/want any markings/logo's/ on my devices. The purchasers of these devices have NO CONTROL over what is put on them. By analogy, If you to wish to fight a war on drugs, you need to target the large cartels that are bringing these things into the country, not the poor addicts! Don't arrest the person who recieves and attempts to spend a counterfeit bill (the average person is not a currency expert), instead go after those who are printing these bills up.![]()
I prefer the word : Knockoff .. and it's fairly pervasive throughout many industries .. some women like to appear to carry a Gucci purse, but can't afford the real thing .. it's no different than knocking off a PV ..
except the place I used to buy my knockoff gucci purses got raided by the cops and closed down.

If it were not for the purchasers, there would be no market, and thus no incentive to knockoff the goods .. whether it be a PV or anything else .. while I somewhat agree with your thought process, consumers support the knockoff market so some blame must be placed there as well .. I make no judgement one way or another .. folks can spend their money anyway they like .. but it does seem sad that the originators / innovators lose money because a knockoff of something they worked hard to design and market is suddenly available at a substantially less price .. and consumers are willing to buy it ..
I just figured if their ad had the name like Nemesis Style or Nemesis Clone they would have to pay who ever owns the copy rights.
Or sometimes the company them self realizes some people can't afford the real thing so they use a different company, that they own, to produce a cheaper one.
This might be why you don't see ProVari clone on Fasttech, ProVape won't sale the Copy Rights.
A battery tube is a battery tube is a battery tube.
