I had a iTaste VV that shot craps on me Tuesday, 4 days after I got it so I had to run to my "local" B&M Kansas City Electronic cigarettes & E-Liquid - Kansas City Vapes with the expectations of just getting a 2nd VV so when my replacement arrived I'd have a backup. I saw the MVP and it looked a lot better in person. I was expecting it to be bigger. I went ahead and spent the extra $$$ and I am GLAD I did!!! 3 days and 650 puffs on the counter later still in the green. Very impressive mod.

The Innokin 1-2 punch! The MVP/V3 combo is just a fantastic beginner/intermidiate level set up. I am recommending this as a starter combo for my friends who are willing to invest in some quality gear.

It is a mini Vivi Nova with an aftermarket metal tank and a little beauty ring. I wish I liked the vape from it more because it is pluid proof and it does look real nice on the V3, especially with a sexy drip tip.

I hit up Vapur (formerly Volcano) on North Oak just south of Barry Rd. I'm a recent transplant to the Northland (lived in the middle of KS previously), and it is not only the closest real vape shop to me, but they have been outstanding helping me get started. Is KCVapes the one near 75th and Metcalf? I've been in there once, but it was awhile back and early in my vaping journey.

Oh, and to keep this post on topic, I bought my MVP at Vapur.

Had my first issue today with a 'non' reading when I changed cartomizers in my carto tank. I've not had any problem so far with a pt2, mini pt2, iclear30, or 2 evods. I pulled the bottom of the cartomizer just a hair and it started working. I thought I was going to get away with not having this issue but at least it was an easy fix.

I just ordered a mini davide and a full size davide with the aspire coils. Really excited to try them out on my mvp.

Mine arrived Friday from FastTech via Singapore (if not for my Customs, it only would take 15 days to get here). I already had a version one for a few weeks, so I knew what to expect. The new button is better for me, because it's easier to find. And it's not that hard to press imo. The bottom doesn't wobble, like my v1 (I'm afraid to try the fix posted by the Captain). And I like the puff counter too: I can control my overvaping tendency. But I'm sad, because the 2 iClear16 that came with it don't work. I put them also on the SVD, and their coils appear to be damaged. Both are reading NON. Is it possible to fix that?

Perhaps you can pull up the pin a little? Nothing hard - use a very small flat-edged screwdriver or similar and nudge it up a little. This has worked for me on Vamos with some stuff (X10 in particular). Sadly my MVP is still with FT - since ordering in early October

But when it comes I'll be happy.

Big thanks to SpeedRacer12! Took a mini screwdriver and sort of wedged in between the contact pin and wall of inside the ego thread and pulled up. That did it Root Beer Heaven right now.

Obviously a bit of a quality issue with this pin as I see many others have had similar issues. I just hope over time the pin does not get more "loose".

Man this thing produced lots of vapor. Being only a month into vaping I realize I have lots to learn but I can see the 1300 Vision and the 650 Ego Twist quickly being abandoned. I got it bad.

Questions:

What are some decent full sized tanks to get for the mvp v2. (Mine came with an iclear30) (I also have 2 iclear16 and 4 evod already)?

What does the mvp2 read at full charge. Out of the box it was at V4.1?

Will it overcharge? I'm thinking about overnight charging.

Try the Protank 3 and use the beauty ring that came with the MVP
