glad you got to try it out in person first-that makes for an easier decision-especially with the size and form factor-good luck!

Right? They look so big in the videos and whatnot. I was surprised by how small they actually are. Now to find some good wraps for it. I ended up getting the silver since they only had black and silver in stock. I kinda wish I could of JUST bought the MVP2 though... I'm not to keen about the iclear 30 that came with it and just bagged it up for a backup to have around.

Maybe it's just me but it seems like everytime I mention the MVP2 here on ECF someone appears out of the woodwork to put the device down? Anyone had this experience of is mine unique ?

Just the opposite response as most know the MVP2 is a great mod. Only complaints are that it's a box mod and a throw away.

I got one and found I missed my 'tube' styles... Let hubby try it out and within a few days regretted letting him fall in love with my mod... I could NOT take it back from him so I finally ordered myself the shine edition... Since then I havent put it down. The fact that most nothing I have even compares to how steady and consistant the mvp runs... No drop off in power is priceless..

The MVP in my book has been a game changer. ProVari owners for a long time could hang their hat on the fact that their device provided excellent voltage regulation and a consistent and "smooth" vape. This are the primary selling points. Sure, you had other variable voltage devices out there, but they didn't provide the consistent voltage regulation over the discharge cycle that the ProVari did. (And don't even start about the PWM vs flat signal debate that always seems to come up). For years, not only could you feel the difference in your hand, you could taste the difference as well.

Out comes the MVP1 and later MVP2 that not only produced a vape quality that is nearly equal to that of a ProVari, but it does so in a package that is 1/5th cost.

Now the only thing most ProVari owners can fall back on is the excellent build quality of the unit. And while the MVP can't stand up to a ProVari in that regard, it certainly isn't a lightweight piece of "gosa" either. I now have a disposable device that's lifespan can be measured in years, not months. Add to that a device that is powerful enough that I don't always need to carry a spare on my body at all times....The choice is no longer as clear as it used to be.

Don't get me wrong, I have a hefty tax return coming up, and I'm teetering between getting a Provari Mini or 134 mini myself. I'm kind of waiting for pbusardo on his take to see if some of the 134's original shortcomings have been addressed. I say this just to mention that I am not some anti-ProVari shill. I still think that for your money, it is one of the best built and best performing regulated device you can buy. But I would be a liar if I said that the MVP didn't take some of the shine off the ProVari for me.

I started with a vv3, and while it too has best in class performance, it's 800mAh battery just wasn't up to snuff as an all day vape. It's a great eGo stick style device, but it wasn't enough for me to start second guessing buying a ProVari. The MVP has made me second guess that decision, or at least given me pause. If it weren't for the MVP, I would have already had a ProVari for Christmas....

Joined the ranks today :) I bought my first MVP 2 after spending some time at a B&M, they had one I could play with and I just couldn't help but need one to take home with me. Really happy with my purchase.

worth $10-$15, horse trade that i30 for another ^
- innokin iClear 30 Dual Coil Clearomizer
- Innokin iTaste MVP Di Cut Vinyl Skins

Well, I've taken the plunge. In the past week I have ordered the Innokin Cool Fire 1 AND Innokin MVP 2 and couldn't be more happy. I've got to STOP with the ordering! Husband asked me last night was I finished getting all my vaping supplies!

CONGRATULATIONS ! :toast:

yet again another batch of new MVP owners

:p

Can you post a pic of the R2D2 on your MVP? I'm kinda interested it picking that one up. Either that or trying to find a Fett one.

Thank you

Here you go. The R2D2 was purchased at J-Wraps, the C3PO was purchased at Vaporskinz. Vaporskinz also has an R2D2 but I think I like the J-Wraps just a little better.

Honestly I like my bottom coil glassomizers. I'd happily horse trade it for another MPT2, but I'll probably just hold onto it for a backup if I ever need it... or maybe a giveaway to a friend

I was just thinking , since you bought it there

go back to the B&M and swap it for a bcc glass-o-mizer

what I would attempt, just a thought... ;)

It there was ever an MVP2 killer, this looks to be it.....

E-LVT by Well | ALL ABOUT E-CIGARETTES UK

Basically it looks like an MVP2 that uses a standard 18650 battery.....And although they say it's waterproof, I wouldn't vape in the shower.

There is an interesting video here.....

I wouldn't do that to my MVP. It's in Pbusardo's queue. Be interested what he has to say about the product..

Ehh not impressed. A big thing Alot of us mvp2 owners was the built in rechargeable battery. When on the go no need to carry extra batterys or batt charger.

The design to me is eh to industrial. I don't find this to be an mvp killer the vtr didn't kill it for Alot of the same reasons non built in rechargeable and to heavy.

I thought that too, but it appears you can charge it in the device....There is a micro usb "input" which says to me there is a built in charger. This allows the same inline charging as the MVP.....

I'm not a big fan of the looks....But an inline charger with a removable battery is the best of both worlds.

Definitely interesting...the music was super funny 80's tech though. Made me want to start Devo dancing :)

I just found this post from a member/owner. I am in absolute love! I think I just found my next mod! Replaceable 18650 with on board charging! fire button on the side.

Size : 54 x 110 x 16.5 mm
Weight : 235 g
Variable voltage :3.0-6.0V
Variable power :3w-15w

Ok. I bought one. I couldn't resist.

It's a wonderful mod. Covered in Firestone rubber. It appears to be an innokin product as the buttons and menu are the same. Up and down buttons. Hold both to see resistance. Hold longer to lock the buttons. Typical green, yellow, red battery indicator light. Hold up and the fire button to switch btw wattage and voltage. Hold plus button down for 5 seconds to turn flashlight on and off.

Perhaps the best feature, although I takes a 18650 battery, you can charge via USB (micro or mini, whichever MVP takes). That was the seller for me. Of course it has the USB out to charge your device. The battery isn't easy to get in and out as it uses an Allen headed screw. However, there's really no need to replace the battery until it no longer holds a charge, so buy a quality battery with the unit.

It has a built in beauty ring with air holes. I primarily use kanger tanks and this solves an airflow issue I have often.

As far as durability, yes; I would imagine you could run over it. I won't try.

I'm in love with this thing, it's available at my local B&M. Although it's $100, it's in the running to be an MVP killer.

I don't know about sub ohm vaping but I saw several cats with rebuildables on theirs.

I can't find these online. You might call Rogue Vapors in Little Rock, AR. They sold them pretty fast but surely will be getting more.

My only complaint would the the rubber pull up doer that houses the USB and charging output switch. It's only held on by a corner and the charging jack is closest to the corner, so I'm worried after several uses the door might come loose or even snap off. It would have made much better sense to put it away from the hinge so as not to stretch it.

Love, love, love this mod. As I'm in arkansas, I'll live with this thing at the lake or in the woods.
