I ordered mine from madvapes. I especially like their 510 to ego with a well. It comes in black or silver and has a spring loaded center pin. It is threaded nice.
510 to eGo Adapter with Well

Money issues are preventing me from playing with an innokin MVP2 while I have a perfectly good working MVP1 unit which I have still have in rotation, was using it just last night with an iClear30 with a new head from Madvapes or Avidvaper, can't remember which, otherwise my Naked Glass Phiniac w/ SS caps wrapped around a SR XL Boge double punched by yours truely (with one of my very Greeky Genuine Authentic Kir Fanis carto puncher -- Now I'm just gloating here folks, sorry, it helps my self-esteem on occasion) would be sitting on top, looking quite nice and a reflection of the beauty between the East & West technology blending quite nicely.

Not sure about or can't quite speak on how flanged cartos do with the MVP1 (and MVP2 due to same sized recessed center-pin in the 510 connector) but I vaguely remember Baditude making mentions towards my experience with flanged cartotanks on MVP's over the phone a while back and you tend to remember when someone who is responsible for answering all of your questions turns around and has a question of his own, ha!

Doesn't happen a lot, I tell ya folks. When it does, it's very satisfying unless you're unable to answer confidently. Sucks to be me, but I wasn't able to be much help to him on account that I never owned any flanged carto's.

So thanks for opening up old wounds, Fullknight

All I know is my next cartotank purchase will be laser slotted Boges because they look interesting and since I tend to like darker rich complex juices, some even NETs, well it makes enjoying cartotanks challenging unless you like vaping through a sock. Hell, a dual-laser slotted Boge might be good too if only they existed. I only found one vendor who carries single laser slotted Boges and on a mission to find the biggest laser drilled hole(s) Boge has to offer.

Have you had an MVP before? If so, does the current version correct for the slight wobble when sitting upright? Also, the new features are really welcomed lemme tell ya. Ohms meter, swapping between VV 'n VW, but it begs the question -- have these much needed enhancements affected the battery life? Reminding me of cellphones in a way, as they were becoming smartphones we all had to pay the price it took on the battery charge. :glare:

hi, another new MVP2 owner here

Really liking it, being my first VV/VW mod. It's my home vaping device and in the 2 weeks I've had it only charged twice (it arrived fully charged). Still on the supplied iClear 30 with tobacco eLiquid at 8.5 watts, lots of vapour and flavour, just great.

Has anybody tried the IGO-L on the mvp? I've just ordered from FT and it will be first dripping atty, want to experiment with lots of different eLiquids without having to keep refilling and swapping clearomisers.....

I have an MVP 2 I've had for couple weeks. I just put a Boge f16 tank with a flanged carto on the MVP and it works great. Just need the beauty ring on it as well.

I have the Igo-L and have used it on my MVP. Works great. The form factor is really good as well, smaller than most of the tanks and clearo's you normally see on them. I mainly stick with a 28 ga microcoil at about 1.5-1.7 ohms, and use cotton wicks. You will probably need to drill out the hole in the Igo cap.

Thanks buddy, I knew there was something I liked about you. If I can find some laser slotted Boges I will give the F-series tanks a try. Or really big laser holes, Boges. I'm beginning to sample juices vendors again, primarily if they offer higher than 24MG Nicotine. I'm gonna give Hoosiers & OKCvapes a try, with more PG, hopefully bringing Cartotanks in general back to life for me.

Oh yeah, ya might wanna update your quote because I suffer from Type first | Think later Syndrom which affects dozens of Americans every year. Sometimes we get better.. Anywho, I re-edited my original post

WHOOO, mine arrived today (only took 1.5 days to ship from cali to south florida, first class mail)
Loving it so far. Had to pull the post on my aspire otherwise it wouldnt make a connection, but thats not a big deal. I only paid $48.50 and the shipping was free, so something as simple as post pulling can't get me upset XD

Where did you get it from?
I am looking to order one.

Sent from my SCH-I535

After 2 weeks with my MVP I'm still blown away with the vapes I get with it. With the iClear 30 it came with, protank 1 and 2, t3s. It held up great on my 12 hour drive from SoCal to Salt Lake City. I have a question tho. It's supposed to change from green light to yellow lights at 1/2 charge. Mine only stayed yellow for a short while before going to red and then fully discharged. Is this normal or will it stabilize with more charge cycles.

I've only seen Frank turn yellow once. I immediately freaked out, pulled over, rented a cheap motel room so I could coax Frank back to full health. After a nail-biting 3 hour wait, Frank was back to his usual self. Although there was a scary moment when he got dizzy and fell off the back of the toilet.

That's awesome, I completely understand.

I did this exact same thing, but added a truck stop ...... to the mix also. :thumb:

Ok so mine is coming today. So if my goal is 6.5 watts will I just set it to that and it will do the proper voltage on it's own as it will know what ohm load my coil is so it adjusts accordingly?

Or am I better off just setting it at like 3.8 to 4.2?

Hi,
that's pretty much the gist of it--but better yet, when you put a topper on, just start
at the bottom and keep going UP till you like the vape/flavor/feel/warmth in either V or W... :)

a burnt taste is a terrible way to go through life...
