Could also be what I call "vapors tongue". Just got over almost two days of raunchy taste. Ego, mvp, svd, different tanks... nothing. All tasted horrible. Today... pretty much back to normal. It's not that uncommon from what I hear. Too much PG? VG? juice iritating? No clue but it happens.

When I started vaping I got severe mouth dryness (from the PG). Got some "Biotene PBF Oral Rinse" and mouth was "normal" again.

"Vapor's Tongue" may be different but wouldn't hurt to try it???

what are some toppers you guys recommend for full flavor / functionality?

My experience...after spending 4 months of buying/trying the "next, best" Clearomizer...I got a CartoTank and never looked back!

I'm glad I'm not the only one "ascared" of messing with things.:)

I would hate to break my wonderful MVP trying to use a tank that I got for free.:)

Quick/"permanent" fix:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...thread-contact-clearomizer-mod-batteries.html

welllll my birthday is coming up so... maybe... someone who loves me will... ;)

Me...whenever I'm looking for the person who loves me the most...I look in a mirror!!! :headbang:

This is just the coolest thing I have ever seen. I'm watching this having a complete nerdgasm. Would it be a huge difference vapor-wise from my little ego setup?

If you're making a "move-up"...have you looked at the iTaste VV V3?

It's essentially the "same" as an MVP2 (VV, VW, Ohms Reader) but smaller, cheaper and 800mAh vs. 2600mAh.

FYI: Picked up another MVP2 for my spousal unit. $41.99 shipped, and it included a pack of 12 wraps which was a surprise.

Innokin iTaste MVP V2.0 Iclear 30 V2 VV/VW

That's the same place I got my MVP2, and I was pleasantly surprised with the wraps also. They go on nicely, and really dress it up. Also, I like that it makes the MVP more comfortable to hold when it's cold, like in my car. The vinyl is nice instead of the metal.

After I ordered mine online, I discovered that the place is located right here in my town, Oklahoma City. So I called them and just went over and picked it up instead of waiting for it to ship. They have a really nice upscale warehouse (not really a retail storefront), and the people there were friendly and enthusiastic.

Hello MVP 2 fans! :)

Could you please tell me if the batteries sold on that site are the 'newer' edition (flat button on the bottom, scratch code etc.)?

Thank you.

I must give that try. All the other cures for vapors mouth hasn't worked.

I find it interesting an MVP user is having trouble with an Iclear 30B. There is a recent post in the Sigelei Zmax forum with 30B problems. It may be becoming apparent that the 30B does have problems.

My 30B came with a bad head, and I was quite bummed because they only included one head in the package. (I was used to Protanks). Then I got the i30, and that one had a bad head as well. (I still haven't been able to get a head for that one, so I don't know whether I would like it or not). I like Innokin mods, but I will never buy any more of their tanks because of the bad first experience with both of mine.

Kinda weird. Some have trouble with protanks (me included so I hate them) and some have no trouble with the i30. (I love them)

I feel it is erratic manufacturing techniques or quality control. No surprise since the ultimate goal seems to be the best you can do for a low price.

I find that interesting too. I expected to love the Innokin heads and hate the Kangers for that reason, but I had the opposite experience.

I wonder if there are bad and good batches of heads from different manufacturers, and that is part of the reason.

Other things that would make a difference are preferences to the draw of the tanks. I really like the airy draw of the protanks, but I also am anxious to try the Aerotank and Nautilus so I can experiment.

I've misplaced the case it came in, so can't tell you about the scratch code. I didn't know about a code when I received it, and didn't pay any attention. But I can tell you that the button on the bottom does not stick out. You can stand the MVP on end with no wobbling.

Ah. And I hate the airy draw. :) But that's not the main problem. I find most of them, for me, leaky. Never had an itaste leak.

You mean the MVP2? Scratch code came with mine. Flat button. But it still does have a "little" wobble when put on a flat surface. Still, it's pretty stable.

Wanted to say that I "fiddled" with the iClear30 tank and finally got it to make a connection with my MVP
I had the same problem. I unscrewed the bottom cap and pushed down on the coil until the center pin was flush with the bottom. I reassembled it and attached it to the MVP, and it fires without issue now. I noticed that the pin has receded a hair, but it's still making contact.

image.jpg I love the Nautilus :) my fiancée loves his too. It's the ultimate clearo to suit anyone's taste since you can adjust the airflow. And the TASTE is 2-3 times bolder than an iClear. Leaky plastic tanks that mute flavor :/ AND they're easily cracked by some of the juices I vape. I have 3 and use them for only certain juices that taste better "toned down" a bit. Yeah I'd like to Kayfun or drip, but I have little free time, so the Nautilus is the closest you can get to RBA flavor without having to build your own ;)
