aside from the slight giggle from the mental picture of myself vaping on a walkie talkie I'm liking the mvp
the battery life is awesome and consistent...haven't noticed any drop while vaping
if you can call it a down side,, I don't like that you can't actually just go up or down on the voltage, you have to cycle through it to get back to where you want to be and that it only goes up to 5v...but then again I hardly ever vape higher than that anyways so not a big issue.

I rarely go above 3.7 volts as I use my Kayfun exclusively on my MVP. I have a 1.3 ohm coil ( my favorite ohm level for great vapor and taste ) and the calculations say that is the sweet spot. Almost 4 months with it now, took a nosedive of the table to the cement pool deck on Saturday and still tickin ( thankfully )

Just pretend your a beat cop in NYC and your calling for back up on your new Vaping walkie talkie ;)

Hey guys I haven't been on here in awhile. But I have to ask a question. I'm gonna be traveling this weekend. My first flight since I started vaping a couple years ago now. Will I have any trouble with my MVP. I will be putting it with my travel on bag I guess? Along with my other juices an my tanks. But I'm guessing I should make sure my tanks are empty? Any tips you guys could give will be helpful. Thanks.

TSA uses a program called 3.1.1
-3.4oz bottles
-1 qt zip lock bag
-1 bag per person
- - -
here’s a good article about it
- http://www.electroniccigaretteconsu...elines-for-flying-with-e-cigarettes-e-liquid/

  • take tanks off batteries
  • label everything so they don’t have to ask
  • don’t alert them about it, just let them do their jobs
  • as a “Back-Up Plan” – it’s a good Idea to buy a 'postage paid' envelope
and carry it with you “just in case”, then be able to mail back home if needed…

good luck, have fun :)

When I first read this I said "uh oh, sounds like he may have a bad unit" because it does happen every now and then with this or any electronic item but then I remembered how new an owner you are. Here is my diagnosis, you are inadvertently hitting the fire button a lot more than you think you are and you are throwing it in to the on/off cycle. The button is really buttery and it is extememly easy to do a momentary on/of just by rolling your finger around before or as you are vaping and the electronics count that as a button push and if it happens twice after you already pushed it to vape then it sees it as an on/off command.

Try making yourself very aware of hitting/depressing the button. I still turn mine on and off by accident some times after months of use. If it continues even after that, it might be time to contact your vendor. And just one more thing if you didn't know, there is large and knowledgeable thread dedicated just to the V3.
I wish it was that simple but it never stops blinking and i mean never if I don't hide it at night I'd have a disco light going all night

Back on 11th of June I posted that I had ordered an e-lvt from FT and would post back when it had arrived. It's here! Much heavier than the MVP v2 - hefty but comfortable in the hand. Fire button isn't at all stiff but nice & clicky. I have put a Panasonic NCR18650PF in it. So far excellent! When I've had it a little longer I'll post more.

Put an XL carto on it and it looks exactly like a walkie talkie :) Glad your enjoying your device.

Yea, doesn't sound real good. Best of luck and please report back with what you find. Oh, and take pictures please :)

Let us know how it works out for you. So many of the MVP features and and even tougher package. Still really like the looks of that crittter, just need to justify it some how $$$

I certainly will Captain. :) It's VERY solid and has "heft" - feels great in the hand and not "slippery" because of the silicone casing. Fire button position is very comfortable. More when I've had a good tinker with it...) Mine cost £34.35 from FT, which I think is very fair given the replaceable battery.

Happy Friday Fellow MVPer's

Tell us all what topper your rocking and the juice you are enjoying on this hot as H%&L ( for me 92 with heat index over 100 ) Tampa, Florida day

Ive got my trusty KFL with volts set at 3.7 and spewing clouds of Mountain Dew vapor directed under my desk at work :)

mvp v2 checking in, i like that this is here, im rocking my new protank2, vaping my local b&m's mafia line called respect (kiwi yogurt i believe), at 8.0 watts.
