if you guy's are happy w/it more power to ya and i hope you enjoy it well, it's just not for me....i want something more solidly built....i know the chip is awesome....you missed my point about the light cheap plastic parts that WILL eventually break especially if you drop it

my cloupor hits/drips great also and it's solid and you can drop it and no problems with anything breaking.....and you will drop it sooner or later, plus i have 15 to 20 or so mech's to drip with at many different builds i ain't hurting

see i knew this was gonna start crap .............as for 99 bucks for the new SVD you can forget it, their not getting my money

Nobody is trying to change your mind , just correcting some inaccuracies like the plastic parts , i can't find a plastic part anywhere on this thing , it's all aluminum. Oh wait , the logo window looks to be plastic but thats it.

Ninety nine bucks , no , the 35 watt cost me $71.00 and supposedly you can get the 50 watt for $79.00 but thats if you really need 50 watts , the Cloupor is solid also , nothing wrong with that one.

My guess, and it is just a guess, would be no. Two freshly charged batteries in series would give you 8.4 volts at best and not for very long. My extensive knowledge of electricity has allowed me to use my body to complete a circuit on a number of occasions however.

This whole pre-order thing has gotten out of hand IMO. Stop showing me stuff you can't ship to me the next day!

BTW, did you see the ProVari P3? You can't order it yet either!

Wow, that can't be good , electricity scares me man , i practice extreme caution when i'm around anything more powerful than a C size battery.

Hey Spooky (and other new guy that I noticed about 6 pages back whom I've forgotten your name :() Dang, y'all are BUSY overnight.

Welcome to the MVP club! I have a pair (one at the office and one at home) backed up by VV3s (again, one at office, and one at home)

Guys (Puf, Keirster, Donesmokin, Paul, Herb, Midnite, and all you others who've been so helpful and kind with my silly questions. I keep seeing all these other "shinies" that you keep referencing, and I just don't know about pulling the trigger on any of them. Maybe I'm a "plain Jane" and I'm settled into my "vaping comfort" zone. I'm still working on my kayfuns - trying to find a build that rocks my world. Just started DIY'ing my juice. Haven't delved into drippers (maybe I just like the convenience of having a loaded tank and not having to constantly refill?) Believe it or not, I am quite pleased with my army of EVOD tanks (donesmokin, I just tore down and rebuilt about 6 brand new kanger heads last night with your cellucotton :D) I even tried something goofy last night. Had a couple of too-thin wisps of wick and an empty kf deck, so I threaded them into the coil together and split the tails like this:

It seems to be working well, and I haven't gotten any burnt hits yet!

This momma turns the big five-oh in a couple of months - I am prolly gonna treat myself to "something" (I'll be seven months smoke-free by then) and I should be past my "break-even" point of cost of cigs compared to cost of gear. I'm looking at a new MVP (energy line), but part of me wants something *MORE* - I just don't know what that is.... I reply to newbies' questions about "What should I get?" I don't know what else is out there (mostly because I haven't wanted to spend insane amounts of money until I "even out" what I would have spent on smokes.) In my head, I feel like I need to "perfect" my kf builds in order to truly enhance my vaping experience - but why should I drop $180 on a Provari when my MVP and an EVOD keeps me away from cigarettes? Would I really get more flavor/vapor with something different?

My local B&M is good (juices are AMAZING), but it just seems so much more geared to "starter" devices. They have some mech mods (which truthfully, I'm not sure I want in my arsenal.) I wish I could have a "vape meet" with you guys - you're so much more informative!

Sorry for the ramble. I feel like this thread is my "home base", and you always have such excellent advice to share....

Silly questions , no way , you want to read some of the dumbest questions of all time you should see what i was asking about when i joined , i'm talking off the charts stupid.

Regarding your question on whether a different device will provide a superior vaping experience , after trying a few i have to say no , i actually still grab my MVP the most because it provides an outstanding vape , works with a vast collection of toppers and it's just reliable and trouble free , never let me down . It also has a flat signal along the lines of a Provari but costs five times less .

Thats just my opinion on it , others who use drippers mostly will say yes because higher power is often used with those.

Could not have said it better myself Herb. MVP is the go to for me 70% of the time, the dripping high power, at home mostly is fun for a change of pace........ and clouds

Seems me and you (and apparently many others ) feel very similar about the MVP because i often see you bring it up in other threads and how fond you are of it despite having other devices.

Yep, still the champ for my Kayfun. They don't need high wattage, just consistency with the device and MVP does that as well as any device out there.

Hey guys, Thanks. I got mine off of E-Bay. There's a seller called skin_devil. They have lots of designs and you can get them for different models too. I think it was a bit under $7. They also have skins for other things like game consoles, tablets, etc. They also have a website. 247 Skins - iPhone Skins - PS3 Skins - XBOX Skins - Wii Skins - Zombie Gear

And for all you new folks, check my blogs for FREE dinoc material and a free template download to DIY your own skins.

I even made a cell phone case and a case for my tablet.

Watched, waited, read, thought, grimaced, rethought, reconsidered...then I won $100 gift card from a sales contest at work and walked into the most knowledgable B&M around me on Saturday.

My first question was if it was checked by them. Dude, they run every device they get thru the Gamete! None of the issues Busardo had, exist on my new dripping BFF.

What truly sold me was that the owner and 2 others were using them as their primary drippers. Owner let me sit at juice bar with his IPV50 using my atty for 15 min before I decided...I was totally sold.

Owner gonna charge me $10 to switch out the screws in batt plate with magnets in 2 weeks.

I am mostly a fasttech customer, but after winning the free loot I said "what the heck"

Gonna get another power box with 2 x 18650 in a few months and then IPV2 will be the back up ;)

BTW...been hitting my MVP/KFL as I type this. These are the only 2 devices in my daily rotation. MVP is still used everyday and gonna pick up another next month.

Gotta have those backups LOL

ROCK ON MVP NATION

hey sounds great, a pretty cool device (was just stuff I read)

only concern is pertaining to safety...

so are you .2 x 50 with hair on fire… ?

Rocket, SVD 2.0, P3

P2.5 pushing $200, wonder if P3 pushes beyond $300

some very cool tech included in that one

looks to be a darn nice device... !

Not quite, with higher wattage it is better to have a higher ohm for more surface area for one. The B&M guy built me a perfect 1 ohm dual on my Stillare and the comfortable range for me is between 35 and 40 watts. I only turn it up to 50 to freak people out at the vape shops ;)

Most that are still on spinners or new to vaping are awestruck

THe tast at 35-40 watts is amazing and intense, I also do a higher VG mix so that make the clouds even thicker.

Still using the trusty MVP in heavy rotation though Puff

A great number of years ago, Purdue University thought it was appropriate to bestow a degree in Electrical Engineering on me, and ELECTRICITY SCARES ME TOO!!!!

In one of my former lives, I attempted to come up with a "Light Emitting Resistor", but marketing was kinda tough :D
