I have 2 MVP 2s and have had a MVP 1 for over a year and plug them in to charge every night regardless of existing charge. The MVP 1 is still holding charge and working great. As far as coil replacement goes it's personal preference. I usually go with the 2.5 in mine which allows me to crank it up a little more.

I charge soon & often

if I see yellow it's " UH-OH " , like I've said before, I like to keep my gas-tank at least half full

if you have the chance to charge it, do so is how I feel... (I think li-ion batts prefer it)

no battery memory on these...

I'd recommend getting the 1.8-2.2-2.5ohm coils
they all act different and you can/will/need to adjust using them as YOU like...
but if you had my arm twisted and wanted an answer to only one, it would be the middle one {2.2Ω}

vape≈Healthy :2cool:

Thank you!

no they don't work that way -- you manually set each mode with the buttons
and when you do one mode the other stays where you previously set it (until you change it)

but, to do what your asking (other than just start low and increase till happy, either mode)
ever use one of these - ?

- Ohm's Law Calculator

it gives you an idea how Watts & Volts play against each other... :)

thanks and NO ... but I have now.......

This question has probably been answered before, but do you guys recharge your battery on the MVP2 only when the light turns yellow, or do you recharge it daily/every night? And does the battery have a memory?

Also, for the Protank2 coil replacements, do you recommend getting the 2.2 or 2.5ohms?

Thanks.

The real truth is you'll outlast the battery before you move on to another mod. Break it in by charging deep when it just turns red, say 1-3 times, then once it's broken in charge it half the time it remains on yellow compared to how much time you vaped it on green.

If you spend a lot of time infront of this mod either because it is your only device or because you enjoy it then you'll get a sense of how much time each color lasts for you. Remember, what you're vaping helps even out the numbers but if you're rotating (or rocking as the kids say) a lot of different delivery devices then that will give you less conservative estimates.

Just don't do anything boneheaded and charge your MVP over a computer because as someone famous once said, ".... happens!" and you don't want to know that if there occured a catastrophic battery faliure either as a result of the MVP, usb cord, or motherboard you don't want to lose a very expensive computer along with your mod.

Don't forgot to back up your porn collection, family photos, music, movies, and documents folks

Also, for the Protank2 coil replacements, do you recommend getting the 2.2 or 2.5ohms? In time, if you like the coil replacements and dont end up rebilding them yourself then you'll just get watchever ohms your vendor has in-stock. If they have them both go with the lower one because the res increases over time but again I think you'll outlive the coils and prematurely change them out because of taste, juice sampling, boredom, building your own or any number of reasons.

Excuse me! I'm speaking about the Chinese government not the people. My America doesn't support child labor.

Oh please, you are buying these Chinese goods so you ARE supporting them. Please give the politics a rest. There are many other places for that kind of discusion.

I don't get to see much of your vaping side from the insomniacs, can you tell us what's in your photo?

Vape mail!! Officially the owner of an MVP v2 :)

Now to figure out how this thing works...

ok great, your gonna be very happy

enjoy it

don't screw toppers on to tight
start at low power (VV/VW) and work your way up

does your bottom button protrude so MVP won't sit flush
standing on a tabletop...

good luck and have fun :)

Not so sure how I feel about the iClear 30 that came with it, it seems like quite the contrast to the ego-cc clearo I was using before. Probably just haven't really figured it out yet.. Any suggestions?

The bottom button does protrude slightly, but I've heard I can press it into the body without any ill effects.

I got my MVP2 this past Saturday at a local b&m's vape party. I had a Vamo V3 that quit working and this was the trade in he allowed. IIIIII totally got the good end of that bargain! I have no doubt that my old trusty Vamo V2 will be collecting dust for a while. Lol. I must say, it's lovely decked out with my bright blue dct tank and lapis lazuli/quartz vape charm I made for it. I cannot wait to get my R2D2 wrap!

I prefer 1.8 ohms. Serious vapor, they vaporize faster, don't last longer but I prefer it on low powered devices like the MVP. But on the other hand, I hate how the Protanks (all) vape.

Wish the charge cord was a bit longer trying to vape while it is charging is a bit of a challenge with the 18" cord.

Nice thing is the cord is common to cell phones, so can buy them cheap, I got a 10 pack of USB cables from amazon for less than $12 and they are colored too :)

so I have a friend that's trying to 'kick the habit' (has a cig-a-like)
then asked for my help, so I sprung into action...
(can I suggest what you should get ?) :D you bet your sweet bippy

not ordering from "101" yet, I was curious in my own way
as how they work (from everybodys review of their service/shipping)

so while watching football Sunday eve I ordered
a black MVP, a mini protank & pack of coils from 101

must of been about 7:45pm SUN, then MON night about 7pm I see the tracking # shows up

so I will be closely monitoring 'shipping' across the fruited plains :)
