so I have a friend that's trying to 'kick the habit' (has a cig-a-like)
then asked for my help, so I sprung into action...
(can I suggest what you should get ?) :D you bet your sweet bippy

not ordering from "101" yet, I was curious in my own way
as how they work (from everybodys review of their service/shipping)

so while watching football Sunday eve I ordered
a black MVP, a mini protank & pack of coils from 101

must of been about 7:45pm SUN, then MON night about 7pm I see the tracking # shows up

so I will be closely monitoring 'shipping' across the fruited plains :)

101 ships amazingly fast considering they must be swamped with orders from just the comments here. Mine came quickly and was bubble wrapped in a bubble padded envelope.
Had a problem with the I-clear anf support was quick and useful as it solved my problem.
I'll be ordering from them again with no worries..

Great -- that's the story I have been hearing, just need to live it :)

the countdown is on so we'll see if they can live up to it (I fully believe they will)

ordered from 101 at 7:45pm ; then MBV about 9:00pm
so the race is on
:D

Sigh...

I was at my wits end with Frank. None of my 510 threaded tanks would work, but all my Ego styles would fire. I really needed my big tanks for long road trips and work shifts. Tonight I was so frustrated I went out to the shop and retrieved my faithful BFH. Frank was shaking so bad his wrap fell off. Shivering in the cold, looking like a long lost puppy, I told Frank that I would search out a solution one more time. I threw a towel on Frank so he could cover his protruding buttons.

While watching a live vaping show I asked for help. Within minutes I had a solution. I immediately return my BFH to the shop and grabbed my pick set. Frank seemed relieved that I returned the BFH, but was wary of the picks and wouldn't maintain eye contact.

Little did I know that the center pin could be carefully pried up to resume contact with my 510's. With a slight s-shaped pick I was able to move the center pin up a couple of millimeters. Within seconds after attaching my PuriTank, Frank was spewing out vapor like a mad man. I helped Frank dress in his finest carbon fiber wrap.

Life is good.

I'm glad to hear that Frank is happy again. :)

Hey guys... I found a great setup I really enjoy with my MVP 2.

I ordered the Protank 3 last week and it came in two days ago. I found that it still has the airy draw that I had on the Protank 2 mini.

I just switched beauty rings from what came with the Protank 3 to the original that came with the MVP 2 and now I have a solid draw. No more whistle sound. ;) Hope this helps those that enjoy bottom coils... and with the double coil my juices are tasting better than ever.

glad to hear you solved your problem ;)

I find it peculiar that after all the posts about pulling the 'coil center-pin'
and getting under and prying up the center post of the MVP, you somehow missed it here
and had to go elsewhere and watch a live vaping show to get an answer
...

so sounds like your guilty of "OVER - TIGHTENING" shame, shame

:)

No, that wasn't the case. After closer inspection I noticed that on one of my newer tanks the 510
pin connector was almost 1mm longer than spec. This was causing the center pin to recess itself.
The affected tank has since met my BFH.

hee hee

10-4 on BFH adjustments, sometimes justice needs dealt with harshly
and with swiftness...

Just want to add that I am still THRILLED w/ my MVP2 from 101 Vapes. I have made 6 additional orders with them.
    I now own 3 MVP 2.
I have never been this happy with anything I have ever purchased on the interweb. LOL

    3

Know you got the black, did you get the carbon you wanted too then?

Nice, here's mime. The MVP1 is ahead of the MVP2 in this shot because I reach for it more than the MVP2, probably because of the button. Unlike ya'll, I spent more than forty bucks on the MVP2 so naturally I'm experiencing what can best be described as buyers' remorse.

If it's any consolation, I did spend $40 at FT back in June for my MVP1 incase ya'll be thinking ol' RHP is allergic to money.
