This thing is a beast been vaping it for a week on a single charge and still at 3.7 volts.. So glad I bought one

So I see a lot of you guys are using the evods, iclears, protanks, etc... What is the general consensus as to what is working well with these without issues? I have been using the same iclear 30 that came with the kit but think I need to order some backups. The iclear works great on the mvp but I go through juice like crazy as compared to the protanks. Are the evods the way to go? I keep reading that they have issues with contacts...my protanks do the same thing every now and then and I think its the recessed center pin as opposed to the pin on the iclear which protrudes a little from the end of the coil base. Maybe just a quick roundup if someone else has some thoughts on a bunch of tanks and such would be great.
Not sure on those tank but can vouch for boge carto and tank

my thoughts:
-the big protank works really good, just to bulky
-evod almost the best, just doesn't draw the greatest **
-mini T3S see evod
-iClear10S wow small hot clouds rebuild cheap repeat
-cartos of course do very well and are stealthy cool
-mini protank works great, looks great, fits great--tank capacity is great, you can vape a tank out
then rinse a coil & re-juice quickly and it's back to bizzness, guess It's My Favorite...
**I drilled a bigger hole in the base of one of my evods and it didn't do much
then I swapped posts with a fellow (can't remember his name right now) and
he said TWO holes worked for him so I want to try here soon...

Thanks for the tips guys. Will have to see if these adapters do the trick. I really do like the mod. Made well and battery life is awesome. I'd rather them have made it with just 510 connection and provide an ego adapter. I hate when things just don't work ya know

Well, there are closer shops, but mostly ego stick batt stuff. There's an AltSmoke shop in OH and they have a lot of the stuff I'm looking for. I can drive 1 hour into the city and only maybe find half of what I need, or drive 2 hrs to OH and get 3/4 of what I need. I've been thinking a lot about opening a shop that would be a one stop shop. Everything from stick batts to dna20's to caravellas to siegeli's. Wick, wire, RBA's, kanger, everything. There's nothing like that around here.
So this morning I got out my car with my mvp2 on my lap....and now it's work...craziness I tell you reading ohms fine now...zainy.cim wanted me to send a video so that innokin can repair it...but a little bump got it workin again, now as far as the iCkear 30...IMO too BIG and leaks no matter how much I do to it and mod it...took out a flavor wick...added one...trimmed wicks...cleaned center tube...added spacer to center tube...you name it...still gurgles and I tried from scratch with 3 diff coils...I hate them and the draw is tighter than a evod...
I use...(fav in order)
1. PROTANK 2 OR PROTANK 1
2. Kanger t3s mini
3. Mini davide
4. Protank mini 2 V2 (yes they are out)
5. JTank or lil Mama carto tank 2.5-3 ohms burning at 4.3-4.5
6. Gemini top coil dual
7. Mini vivi nova clone or vision
8. Wickless carto in a DCT skinny tank ( should actually be 5-6 flavor is amazing but they gurgle)
9. Wickless SS mesh carto
10. EVOD

Today marks 2 weeks with the MVP2 for me and I am already considering a second one... I'm a tinkerer by nature and torn between a second and attempting rebuilding coils with it or another mod to play with. Mine is black with a black carbon wrap from my local b&m and currently topped by a black evod tank.
man, the Black EVODS look like they are built as part of the black MVP don't they

I had one small issue with a MT3S 1.8ohm and my MVP V2. Its not a mini T3S, its a metal covered T3S. I got a NON on my MVP V2 and it would not fire. All my T3S 2.2 and 2.4ohm worked fine on both MVPs.
The eGo type collar on the MT3S is too long and bottoms out on the beauty ring threads. The beauty ring threads appear to be slightly different than a MVP V1.
Simple solution, i bought a eGo-510 adapter. Now it reads 1.9ohm, fires and the MT3S sits just slightly above the "beauty ring". Its barely noticeable. I might just get several of these adapters since i can get them for about $2 each at a B&M. Then i will just leave them in all my T3S and the MT3S tanks. Plus i can leave the beauty ring on the MVP.

No since it works fine with everything else. I got one MT3S to try because they were only $5.95 locally and i wanted to try a 1.8ohm coil. The shop only sells coils in 5 packs for $5.95. The $2 fix worked great and now i can leave the beauty ring on all the time.
Sorry I didn't see your reply earlier. Yep, I meant exactly what everyone else has said that I was talking about. I've read here that people have had luck prying it up, but it could become looser and more likely to get pushed down. Sorry you're having these problems.

I just don't like the beauty ring and with the MT3S being so tall already
adding the adapter just increased it a little more compared to 2 sec pin pull

Glad to hear things worked out. Weird though. Hope it doesn't get bumped the wrong way again. But if it does, you might have the Fonzi MVP. Ayyyyyyy

Does anyone know what the low end of the resistance checker is? I got myself a REO and I want to use my MVP to check resistance on the rm2. I'm not going crazy low, but I'm curious how low it will go?
