Two questions: On my old itastevv3 the yellow light was supposed to mean 1/2 charged but in reality it was more like a yellow stop light and meant about to change to red. Is the light on the mvp more accurate at indicating you are at about half battery? Also, on the itaste the button lit up everytime you pressed it. I noticed on the mvp the button does not light up when you press. Is that normal?
After a couple of weeks of using this, yeah, it seems the yellow is more of a "stop" light. Once I hit yellow there's very little charge left, definitely not half-way mark. And yeah, the button lights with every press. Has yours always not lit?

Sigh...

Frank is out in the car...cold, alone, and afraid.

He's too big for work use.

Just to see how it would work, I but my MVP in a T-shirt pocket with a work shirt over it, plugged one of the FT USB pass throughs in to my MVP power out and ran it down my work shirt sleeve. It worked perfectly. Talk a bout a stealth vape ! And, it can go all day long!

Thanks. I see now that it does have a little green light but it was covered by my finger. I was used to the itaste where the light showed to the sides of the button where this one the green is only a little light towards the bottom of the button. Good to know about the yellow light not being a good indicator. How can you tell based on checking the voltage? What voltage is a full charge?

Nice! Don't want to show my age, but, when I was in junior high school in the sixties we had to wear (hard to believe now) a tie and jacket but I thought it was the height of cool to put a 9V transistor radio inside the jacket and run the earpiece wire down my sleeve. Then I'd sit there all period leaning my head in my hand and listen to Beatles and Stones.

My "full" charge is 4.2V if I remember right. And it seems 3.1V is the cutoff point.

4.2 is a full charge usually.

The manual says that green is 3.75 and above, yellow is 3.61-3.75 and red is below 3.61.

How do other women feel about it; is it comfortable for you to use?

I'm 5'2" and I have small hands. I think it's pretty comfortable in my hand. I use the side of my thumb at the first knuckle to hit the fire button. I'll sit here at home with it in my hand all night. No problem.

I too love my MVP, it fits my hand comfortably... But I do have long fingers.
It goes in my inside scrub pocket at work, used it all day at work on Friday, never turned it off! When I got home it was reading V4.0
The button is a bit harder me to push than the VV 3.0's but I like that because it will be not as easy for it to misfire in my pocket.
I also find that the firing light isn't as bright as my VV 3.0's.

That was 1 of my complaints with the V3, that bright fire button, and when you using it as pass through, you got that bright light shining all the time, found it annoying when watching TV at night, light up the whole room.

The light on MVP is much better, not really need to use it as pass through with this battery anyway, but no bright light in your eyes, even in low lighting area.

Do any of you guys or girls run an rda on your mvp 2?

Been using an IGO-L with a 2.0 ohm single coil and cotton wick.....I drilled out the air hole VERY SLIGHTLY (to 3/32")...
NICE dripping!!!:D Boba's Bounty really shines when it's vaped in an RDA!!
Obviously....you CAN NOT do sub-ohm coils on an MVP!! But I enjoy the taste - and the CLOUDS - I get with my setup!!
    Happy (vaping ) Trails!

I've gotten used to it, received mine in the mail on Halloween. Then again, I've also got long fingers, and have no problems with wrapping my hand around it and pressing the button with my index finger.

Ok I hope this doesn't sound stupid - maybe I should be punted back to the new members section. But what is the difference or relation between the voltage reading of the battery vs the voltage setting you change in VV mode? If the battery only has 3.8 left then would that be the highest I could set the vv mode. If based on the wattage I set and the current atomizer resistance would the battery only be able to out put a wattage that is the same or lower than the voltage left?

The voltage reading of the battery itself is how much power it has to run. The VV setting can go as high as 5, regardless of the battery's power. The wattage as high as 11.

I reference this chart a lot to figure out a good starting point of where my setting needs to be and the variables to not fry my juice: http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m9dkanCt0I1qc8949o2_1280.png

So my Kanger Pro Tank II has a 1.8 ohm coil. My volts are set at 3.5. My 7.5 setting on wattage is in the green.
