Somewhat unrelated but Your probably a good one to ask.. Why isn't innokin listed in the APV Model Specific Forum ? APV Model Specific Discussion It seems like an odd omission due to the popularity of their products... Any Ideas ??? edit: sorry I hit the wrong button, was meant for Opus but anyones ideas are valued.

I think innokin would need to register as a supplier but I could be wrong (pretty new around here).

Just got my MVP 2 Energy (oak) in the mail today from vaping Town and it works like a champ :) I'm loving it so far. The iclear16b is working just as good, if not better than my aspire bdc. Cant wait to give it a go at work tomorrow. I also got my wife the petal themed one and she loves hers too. She isnt much for the techy side of vaping but it was really easy for her to get the feel for it.

I had over 700 when it went yellow.

Ymgie glad to hear you like it better than your mechs. I am torn between egos, VV V3, MVP or a mod with battery. I think the MVP will be too heavy to carry at work. Every time I look at a mod, the price is way over this list but I can replace the battery if the rest holds up. eogs and VV will eventually die from cycling.

All righty then.....God I hope it doesn't suck.....

In the meantime....

DON'T try this with your MVP.

Personally I wouldn't care if it's PWM or not as there are a lot of owners of units that do use PWM that are just fine with the vape quality. I'm more interested in how accurate it is. I want 7.0 watts to be 7.0 watts. I'll also compare resistance readings between the two to make sure they measure the same coil the same value.

I'll take some comparison puffs with my MVP, but you'll have to wait until pbusardo puts it on his magic scope before you can get the true specs on this bad boy.......

I have to agree with Rancor on this one.....Many of us MVP2 owners also own VV3's and ProVari's and we discuss the merits and shortcomings of each.

I will post a review in the reviews column when we get it, and then open a separate thread, if it isn't a complete piece of garbage.

The only reason I brought it up, is that many MVP2 owners are concerned about their mod when the battery dies. Theory states that it shouldn't happen for years, but along comes a mod that not only has many of the same features as the MVP, but also appears to be "dunkable" AND has a user replaceable battery and built in charger and you have my attention.

I guess I'll be mister poopy pants and suggest that the other PV have it's own thread.

Or we can carry on with our conversation comparing it to the MVP until a point at which it deserves its own thread.

I'm going to go with B. Discuss and compare.

You can do what ever you would like.

.

I really don't care what the numbers say myself. As long as they are consistent. Numbers are just markers. If it says 7W and is putting out 7.5 then I am ok with that as long as it gives 7.5 every time. This doesn't effect the vape quality.

I would most definitely like it to be PWM. I have noticed the rattlesnake on other mods I have used and feel the flat output is a better quality vape. Besides, I don't want to hear it from the prothingy owners. :) But it probably would not be a deal breaker for me.

I am rough on stuff. I fish, mountain bike. canoe, four wheel, Etc. If this mod lives up to it's hype it already has earned a place in my collection. I took an ego for a ride down the river in my wader pocket last spring. After a week in a bowl of rice it fired again and does to this day but I don't think the MVP would have made it. I also killed my V1 from repeated drops. This mod is looking like it has my name written all over it.

Ok I'm new around here and wasn't sure to post that or not. Got jumped on. Carry on.

We were not trying to jump on you. We welcome everyone. We just are not very strict around here. If the thread rabbit trails a bit, we don't care. Eventually it will come back around.

I'm sorry you feel you got jumped on. That was not the intent.
