first one o bought was a month ago. its a mvp v1. i loved it so much i bought another. this time i found a v2, in a cool color for only 36 bucks to my door. thats just a little more than a spinner.
got it at complete vapor and have to say the company is great! no i dont work for them, dont know the owners. i just wanted to stand on my box and yell "these guys are great!" free shipping and i had a 10 % off coupon/

Just got mine the other day from vapor liquidators for $44 free shipping and love it! Havee come across a question for you more experienced MVPers. I have an EVOD tank from my strarter setup, it vapes fine on my spinner but if I put it on the MVP it doesn't read any ohms and wont do anything. My other EVODs work fine on it. I thought maybe the coil was bad but it works on the spinner. Anyone run into this before? Thanks!
not a fan of messing with battery contact pin IN the MVP
have you tried moving the i30 pin out some ?
take apart, remove coil-- with base in hand attempt pushing center pin...
also using a nail (etc) insert into bottom center hole, and with an angle/wedge,
try to wiggle the pin out just a bit...
I've not done this, but seen some videos of others attempt of such...
The MVP lists in its specs that it has a floating 510 connector pin. This is to prevent damage to and from different atty's. Problem is that it goes down easy and doesn't pop back up smoothly. Just wiggle it a little. It will come a LONG way. You won't hurt it.

The only one I get this issue with is my Vision Vivi Nova. I use a paperclip and wiggle the pin at the base of the tank a little and it works.
Sounds like a connection issue. Take the pin on the evod that makes contact with the MVP and use tweezers or a small screw driver and pry it down ever so slightly then give it a try. It's a fairly common issue. I've had to deal with it before as well.

What's screwed me up more than once... when changing tanks, the beauty ring can unscrew a few threads. That can cause a tank with a "slightly" shorter base not to make contact. Make sure the beauty ring is tight. Or try it without the ring.
One of the tanks I use is a kanger aero tank. Sometimes when it is snugged down on the mvp it won't fire. It actually starts working if I loosen it up a bit. Go figure.

I don't really know. I unplug it when I get up in the morning and use it all day until I go to bed, when I plug it back in. As far as I can tell, it lasts forever.
I did see it "die" one time when I first got it. It was about a day and a half of constant vaping on the factory charge.
Take the beauty ring and sand down the bottom with some fine grit sandpaper just a touch for the Aerotank. Works like a charm. PS if you do get a Nautilus the MVP works perfectly with Aspire's included beauty ring
I have used my battery up, but only after charging my phone and vaping all day. The LI battery needs to be used completely up at least 1x a month so it'll reset the battery's memory to what a full charge should be, like all your portable devices

Agnes, the li-ion batteries do not suffer with the charging memory that NiCad has. I recharge, by recommendation, at 3.7 - 3.6 volt readings most of the time.
Really? I worked with selling electronics and the manufacturers recommend full drain on LI, but that may be different with these devices.
